Another 5 star experience! I use this fine hotel very frequently on my travels, and each time, I enjoy gracious Bulgarian hospitality. I have a fondness for room 202, with its extensive balcony and views to Mt. Vitosha. Vasil was my front desk receptionist, and he did a fantastic job. He was efficient, kind, and accommodating. The room was my familiar surroundings, and the balcony was perfect on a relatively warm November day in Sofia. A healthy and hearty Bulgarian breakfast was included, and it was excellent. A wide selection of Bulgarian and European delicacies was presented, and it was perfect. I am pleased to report that one of my favorite hotels in Sofia still delivers high quality for an unbeatable price. Well done!
