I spent a week in a large studio in the B section and the room was rather pleasant with suitable bathroom. Shower, hairdryer and new towels and room service each day. I guess there are also smaller and less comfortable rooms in this property. Breakfest is available downstairs there are always 3 sets two choose from, and nothing else, only bread and coffee machine. Small balconies. Some rooms with not a great view on the adjacent street.

Convenient, basic facilities provided

I was actually surprised by the good service. I'm giving 5 stars because I expected it to be on a lower range, but it actually was not. Good clean rooms, every day service and the breakfast was very delicious (especially the banitsa). It's also very close to the center. 

Good hotel near the center 

Rooms are not with same facilities. We took two doubles The one was with better bathroom and space, the other one was very small on the last 5th floor B side with very tiny bathroom. The lady on the reception was bored, but gave me a key to see another room in block A, which was renovated but the bathroom was even smaller. 
Good variety of breakfast, perfect service.The coffee which is included in the breakfast is from vending machine and even not try it. 
Although the location was good, I do not recommend it for more than one night

Trip to Burgas

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights recently.  The rooms are convenient and the breakfast is great.  The staff in the restaurant during breakfast is very nice and hospitable (I believe they are the owners of the hotel).  The only problem I had was with internet access opn the 3rd floor.  When I complained about this, I was moved to the first floor and internet access was great.  I had a great stay.  One suggestion: please provide a receipt in English, in the usual format, if possible.  .
