The location is very pleasant, full contact with nature, the leisure and dining areas have a view of the sea, the staff were receptive and pleasant, the hotel has a beautiful décor and the breakfast with varieties. Points that caught my attention - little accessibility for people with disabilities or difficulty in locomotion, because as the name of the hotel says, it is a moor! has stairs and slopes to go to the sea and to go to the rooms; - It is an environment for couples without children, because they have no recreation area or toys, only the pool; - Do not consume food at lunch, because I am allergic to the sea and 99% of dishes have seafood, making the price of the dishes to be 100.00. - They were not allowing to take food, a box, but they had to go to the rooms (but they could have a nice sound); - The room is perfectly cleaned, and the room is perfectly lit; - In the end, the music is not to be bought in the bar.

Satisfied

Pousada is beautiful! It's located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and facing the sea, sand foot! The restaurant, the rooms overlooking the sea on Millionaire's Beach, with water, clear, sand. The dishes prepared by Chef Dani Façanha are wonderful, we all love them! They serve pizzas every night in a wood-fired oven, simply divine. The room, spacious, big bed and all day was super clean! The Pousada collaborators, everyone, were polite, kind, gentle and supportive.

Paradise landing!

I would like to share my recent experience at your hotel. Although the hotel is on the seafront with a beautiful view and the rooms are chalets, unfortunately we had problems with the internet, power outages and recurring water shortages during our stay. Furthermore, I think that the prices are exorbitant for what is offered. The most frustrating point of my stay was the attendance of the staff. Hospitality and willingness to work left much to be desired. However, there was an employee who escaped this pattern: Gabriel. He was a complete and excellent person, and his attitude was a highlight in our stay. I hope you can consider these criticisms and take steps to improve the quality of service and structure of the hotel. I think that with some corrections, the hotel can be an excellent option for guests.

The Landing of the Sailors

Great location. Very good food, really pet friendly, with a sun-heated swimming pool that works really well. Very good breakfast and with several Instagrammable locations . The only problem is the beds and you see that the hostel lacks zeal. Restaurant food and drinks far above the price of other restaurants. It has everything to be the best of Ilhéus, but....

Good cost benefit

We stayed there for 3 days, a friend’s referral. Rooms are quiet, clean and cozy; the setting is very relaxing.
The restaurant is fantastic; Daniela, the chef/owner takes great care of the guests. All the staff is very friendly and caring..

Great place to visit

Nice setup, lack of care old moveable TV channels don't work I talked to the reception girl in the morning and afternoon no one solved the problem, no menu snack option, the tasteless pizza absurdly high values compatible with resortsrt hostel structure, dirty pool, slums with dirty pillows and mold my allergy attacked can't take advantage of vineyards though before

Don 't be too careful.

Positive points: The hostel is very beautiful! Super privileged location, on the beachside, a very nice common space with beautiful views. The restaurant (where the cafe is served and the hostel restaurant operates) is very nice and with a cozy and tasty decoration. It sounds like a very tasty atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic! Kitchen staff have been providing us with a number of super privileged options and important information for us that we have some good food intolerances, both for breakfast and dinner. We can feed our guests very well what is rare.

Wonderful but with reservations

Perhaps there are better rooms?  We’ve been travelling along the Bahia coast and stayed in some lovely pousadas. Then we arrived here, the most expensive by far so far. They’ve stuck us in a shabby windowless room, dilapidated, old furniture, airless. Instead of a minibar a broken fridge (empty, not even shelves). Very old bathroom and zero toiletries of course. Sand in the bed. Really pretty disgusting at the price.

Good restaurant, awful rooms.

The chef is wonderful and present all the time at the restaurant. Very good service. Wonderful dishes. I'm a fan of fish. Good wines to accompany. She also has a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven.

The best restaurant in Ilheus

The view from the hotel is amazing.
The food in the restaurant is really good, the best thing about the hotel.

The hotel is way too expensive compared to what you get.
We paid around 170 US $ per. night around Christmas and New Year.
First, we got a room at the very back of the hotel. It seemed like the room had not been in use for a very long time. The smell inside was terrible and generally very humid and dirty. After we complained, we were able to move to a better room after 2 days. The hotel generally needs maintenance. The photos here in Booking.com is really photoshop images. Everything is nice, but nothing compared to what you see on the pictures.
The owner of the hotel is constantly around having an eye on everything, this makes the atmosphere quite tense.
