The hotel was terrible! Very dirty, pillow with a bolt, the lid of the vase is impossible to use with so dirty! The bedding is of terrible quality, and the breakfast without options is horrible, not to mention the service that is terrible! Wretched stay!

In summary, in this hotel you will find disrespect, ill-treatment, dirt and terrible hygiene and maintenance conditions This is the biggest nonsense I have ever lived in hostels and hotels in Brazil. The hostel has no mobility, no organization, no maintenance, they are not professional. The hotel is dirty, dirty, all broken. We entered and a dirty room, on the balcony there was a tray with fried chicken and full of napkins on the floor. The bedroom door didn't close anymore and insects came in underneath, there was no bathroom window and, to complete, breakfast was the worst coffee I've seen, not even served eggs because, according to them, it's very expensive, I paid from 23/05/20-23/05/2023, BRL 1.361/20, and we couldn't get anything, even if we didn't get a lot of photos, and we didn't get tired, and we only asked for a couple of pictures, Alex, we're tired, and we're tired, and we didn't get much sleep.

A frustrating stay from the reception to the room. For what the hotel promises left much to be desired. At the reception we signed a term of rules that were passed orally and if we wanted to we would have to take a photo because the rules of stay did not fit with us or the room. When we entered the room, we came across a thin cover that when we ordered another one we were informed that it would be charged an extra price because it was expensive to put a washing cover, since the city was getting cold and all the hotels that I had already arrived in Pyrenees as well as in our other states provide and to simplify our air conditioning control we were not sure enough to modify the temperature.

Worst experience in Piri.

It's an amazing place, every corner is a flash, you can take many wonderful photos! It's a beautiful landscape, it's a clean, organized room. The service was great, the staff were very attentive and caring. The architecture is simply fabulous. The breakfast is very varied and the space is cozy.

I loved it, I recommend it!

Pessimo!!! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel has no maintenance. There was no clean towel, the service is terrible. We paid over 600 for a horrible room. There was no soap, no towel... we ordered an extra mattress and the reception girl made us leave the room in the CHUVA to pay if they weren't going to take the mattress.

What about the room? No adjectives so bad. I don't point to anyone. Bad paint, everything moulded, everything decorated. Everything bad. Worse place. Staying in the middle of the woods would be a better comfort than that. Worse weekend.

I don't tell you Sauna was in maintenance and I wasn't warned, the exterior paint doesn't match the photos, totally unmaintained, TV doesn't take any channels, bad breakfast....horrible-tasting coffee, soap-tasting milk, soapy juices, cold-pressed and mozzarella cheese only, no scrambled eggs.

A diary to visit the city of Pirinopolis with my 82-year-old mother, sister and brother-in-law

The hotel is castle-shaped and is at the entrance of Pyrénopolis, about a five-minute drive from the historic center. Because of this it is about 50% cheaper than the most famous inns. It has indoor parking. The breakfast is good. It has a courtyard and some lookouts, as well as various statues. The place is particularly attractive for children, just because it looks like a castle. The room we stayed in is small, but enough for a couple and a child.

That's a great surprise.

What a wonderful hostel, wonderful hospitality. Very polite and attentive staff. Pousada's facilities are great, impeccable cleanliness, wordless breakfast. We love everything. The only thing that left us wanting was the internet, plus I think the problem is in the city, we're out of signals in several places. More than that, it wasn't a barrier to being PERFECT. We love it, we'll be back soon.

It's not going anywhere.

I made a reservation for Booking and they didn't recognize the payment made, even though they sent the credit card statement and Booking confirmed the payment, they canceled our reservation and they're still checking in to make the card return, saying they're not there, but they sent me a picture confirming there was a payment withheld there and they don't press the payment return button.
