Perfect for a little skiing trip! Absolute everything you need! Nice, warm and clean rooms! Extra room with lockers for Ski and Snowboards. Nice staff.
Just a few more TV Channels would have been nice!


Perfect!

First of all the hotel itself is promising whilst the people who manage make it a bad destination. The hotel is situated on the best location on the mountain. It looks like a real mountain chalet. Rooms are cosy, warm, spaceous, clean, beds ok, bathroom ok, you get out of the hotel on skis.
Me and my wife spent 3 nights there, couple of years ago, just two nights after the new year’s eve. We found this hotel on some bosnian coupon site offering accommodation at discounted price. I called the hotel and they told me I did not need to buy the coupon, I would get the discount at the reception... so we came.
First night was a disaster. Just underneath our room was a restaurant that turned into a turbo folk club in the evening. Ok, we waited for the circus to stop til 9pm. Then til 10pm. After 10pm my wife went down to ask when does it stop. They told her it is the third night of the new year, they celebrate it and if we want we could come join them. At 11pm I went there. I told them: find us a solution for a quiet stay or we would leave immediately. The receptions was stunned and did not know what to do. Luckily, the man staying nearby said to her to give us another room, probably that was the owner. That solved the issue.
First morning the same receptionist from last night was cleaning the floor in front of reception desk. She told us to go around. I was stunned! Who pays here whom!? We did not want problems so we went around.
The breakfast was a tragedy! Such disaster I haven’t seen so far. You can not choose. You first become a cup with hot water and a bag of some cheap tea and then the waiter brings you a plate with little pieces of everything. I thought it was just for us with a discount but all the guests get the same.
During our 4 day stay we managed somehow to get along with the lady receptionist who happens to be working there alone non stop during our entire stay (also as a cleaning lady). She told us they haven’t got much of a saison.
At the check out, the same lady receptionist wanted to charge us the full price! Worst was the fact that I made a discount deal via phone call, no email to prove it. Oh God, that was stressful. After I repeated couple of times that we wanted to buy a coupon and that she was the one who convinced us not to, and that she would give us a discount at the desk, she some how unwillingly remembered it so we finally got out of the bear-trap unhurted.
I would not stay there again even if I got paid for it.

Terrifying hotel experience

This place will promise anything in order to get the money from you. Staying there was possibly the worst accommodation related experience I had in my life.

We stayed there for a couple of days and our package included breakfast and New Year's dinner and entertainment.

1) The breakfast was the saddest looking food experience (will attach the photo).

2) Service is slow and terrible, you won't get any smiles from staff and you'll wait on them for hours.

3) We got a written promise our room would include a view of the ski slopes and elegant hotel Blanca. Instead we got a view of the opposite building.

4) New Year's entertainment was the biggest lie however, I was promised the band would play decent pop and traditional music fronted by a "girl with the Music Academy education". Instead we got the lowest style turbo folk performers that literally tortured us with the noise and the lack of talent of two singing women with possibly no education at all.

After I complaned with the receptionist, and asked her how she could lie so much, she just shrugged her shoulders.

Do not stay there, terrible and sad place.
