The family is very kind and the room are big and with all comfort. At our arrival they offered us juicy and traditional bosnian cake; the daughter speaks perfect English. It is just 5 minutes far from the Old Bridge and you can park the car along the same street or in the street above for free. The house is very quiet and strategic to visit the small centre of Mostar.

Hospitality, hospitality, hospitality. This is one of the best home stays we've had thus far and definitely the best we had for our one-month Balkan trip. Alma and her parents were the most wonderful hosts we've ever met. 
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes walk to Stari Most and the old town. We booked a three-bed studio (en suite and come with a basic kitchenette) and we loved its ambience and quaint deco- felt like grandma's house. 
The home-made Bosnian breakfast prepared by Alma's mum was superb and finger-licking good. Alma and her dad took us to Blagaj and Pocitelj and these two places were just amazing. Alma's dad doubled as our guide (he was very knowledgeable and told us stories behind the sights) and Alma as the interpreter. We had a very good time - enjoyed the sights and chats with them which allowed us to know Mostar, Blagaj, Polcitej and Bosnia a bit more. When we got back from our trip, Alma's mum had lunch ready for us for which we were really grateful! The meals we had with them were the best we had during our one-month trip. 
We felt so close with them that tears almost rolled out when it was time to check out and bid them good bye. Perhaps it was the mutual connection we shared (Alma's dad had been to Malaysia during his younger days and Malaysia sent troops to aid during the 1990s war) that held us so close together. It felt as though we've met our fellow countrymen in a foreign land. This is a home away from home for all travellers. 
Come here and experience the family's warm hospitality and you'd never regret! We'd love to return to Mostar one day and stay with them again!

Amazing hospitality

Run by a mother and daughter, this is an amazing homestay with outstanding hospitality.  They are both so kind and gracious and the daughter speaks some English which is helpful.  It is a bit hard to find, though it is quite close to the old town and famous bridge.  We had to ask several locals for help.  However, our welcome was wonderful and included tea and cake.  The room we had was very nice and quite large and we had access to a cooker and had our own nice and clean bathroom.
The breakfast in the morning was amazing! Also, this place is within walking distance of the train station (10 min).

Friendly homestay

Mrs. Sadeta and her beautiful family made our stay very special. Her amazing breakfasts kept us going until the evening and she always had a fresh beverage ready for us when back from the sweltering streets of Mostar; they were all very engaging and full of stories and anecdotes (they are a Bosnian family with an interesting history); 
We were grateful for the hospitality and kindness of this lovely family. Such personal experiences of travel are becoming rare. We arrived late at night and were welcomed with offers of tea, coffee etc. The room was comfortable and quiet. Actually the whole area is surprisingly quiet so getting a good night's sleep is not a problem.
Her husband and daughter took us on a trip to Kravice waterfalls, which we absolutely recommend. If you need help organizing tours or just want some local advice, mrs. Sadeta is there to help you. We would definitely stay with them again if we happen to return to Mostar.

All in all a great stay, a wonderful pansion and amazing owners/hosts. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet stay in Mostar.

Rare hospitality

We arrived here extremely late after our Bosnian train was delayed and were welcomed by the very friendly owner who gave us cake and orange squash which was very much appreciated after such a bad day travelling! We only stayed one night so didn't mind that there was no aircon (despite it saying there would be) and the beds were quite uncomfortable. However considering it was £13 for both of us we were expecting far worse. It was amazing value! An added plus was a private en suite and a fridge at our disposal! We opted to have the breakfast which was amazing, a huge spread of traditional bread, ham, cheese, cake, tomatoes, ajvar, and bosnian coffee with a cube of rahatluk on the side. It took about an hour to finish in the company of their friendly cat in their beautiful garden. We left regreshed and very happy with the experience. Very close to the old town and locals were very helpful with showing us the way there at midnight! :)
