Overall the quality of the hotel was ok for its price. Conveniently located close to the highway, it was easy to find. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok.
When we entered, we were greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Our room itself smelled like bleach. When I woke up in the morning, I smelled the cigarette smoke coming under our door. This is really not ok. We assume the owners who seem to be living in the same building smoke inside in their living quarters.

3 minutes from junction 28 on the 314 you will find this small family run Hotel/motel. Our double room was quite small, poorly lit and the decoration somewhat dated however it was clean & well  serviced during our visit. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but the free WiFi works well.

Peter  is an excellent host, freindly and helpful. Breakfast is much better than average and served between 7 & 11 a.m.
OK for a couple of nights

Convenient  but not luxurious

Stayed as it was convenient for the motorway. Room OK but had a strong smell of neutradol as if they were trying to cover up smoky smell from the room. Bed comfortable and slept well. Breakfast very sparse. Hotel is located in small town but there is a good restaurant called The Coriander within walking distance which was lucky as there is no restaurant at the hotel. I would go to the restaurant again but don't think I would go back to the hotel.
