Lovely friendly owners welcoming us to their hotel. Nice quiet hotel in residential area but very close to beach and amenities.
Excellent breakfast choice. Little kitchenette where you could have free tea and coffee all day - they also provide complementary home baked cakes and biscuits. Microwave provided too. What a lovely touch!!
Very clean, quiet rooms and really comfortable beds 
Helpful with giving us directions for places to visit and for me to find a wool shop. 
Outside tables and chairs that would have been perfect had it been a little warmer but convenient for smokers.

We had a very nice long weekend stay at Bon Acceuil. It is a small hotel in the centre of De Haan, a charming place close to Blankenberge. Very friendly people, free parking and wifi, a warm reception!
They have an honesty bar/coffee room which is a great asset. The home baked cake is free!
Breakfast was served buffet style, home baked goods, Pukka tea.
All in all a great place to stay.

Lovely place!

We stayed in this hotel for one night and booked the family room as we were travelling with a 3 month old baby and preferred a kitchenette. The room was pretty basic with the toilet and shower in a very small separate enclosure within the kitchen/bathroom. We didn't need more, especially not for 1 night so all good. 
The location is great though, right in the center of De Haan and a short walk from the beach. It was also very peaceful and quiet!
Other positive points: free parking, free water/coffee/tea and a honesty bar for other drinks. And also the staff was really friendly. 
Breakfast was ok.

For the price, this is an excellent inn. If you need a lot of personalized attention, then perhaps stay elsewhere. While I was there, there was no staff on-site from late afternoon onward. A mobile number was provided in case of...

The style is old cottage and charming. No, the condition is not perfect, but considering the price compared to other places in town, it should not be expected. For me, the condition was fine.

Good breakfast, nice garden with gazebo.

On the downside, the walls are thin. I was over the dining room and was awoken by the staff at 6 am. I could easily hear their conversations. Bring earplugs...

Peaceful, good location

Stayed here  last night,
Our room was clean but needed a little love and  attention,
Grotty towel rail that could have been painted over and would have made a better impression 
Shame I could not say the same for the towels. !!!!! Urggggg threadbare,
Owner charming and breakfast good,
Great  position, but very little open.
Tram journey excellent value
 Glad we  visited, but proprietors, must remember that little things like lack of decent towels leave bad impression.
