Friendly and helpful staff, only a bit of English spoken but more than I expected in a small Belarusian city. The rooms were a bit dated by Western European standards and the beds weren't the most comfortable I've ever slept on but for the price it was great. If you prefer a smoke free room make sure you ask as the room I stayed in was quite smokey, even with the window left open all day. Also, it's right across the street from a water park and a bowling alley if you're travelling with children. And it had quite nice views of the countryside and the Dnieper river from the higher floors too, ask for one of the rooms on the opposite side of the hotel from the lobby. I don't think I'll ever be back in Zhlobin but if for some reason I am I'd be happy to stay here again.
