Very small but clean, well appointed modern bathroom, excellent hot water. Fairly well located if you don’t mind walking - about 10 mins to Mirabellplatz. Communication with hosts excellent. No tea/coffee facilities in room but has machine in lobby-coffee is chargeable. Could have something better than plastic cups though.

Worst hotel ever!! Don’t know where to start. Ok so it was a budget ‘hotel’ but was worse than a hostel. No safe, coffee making facilities or fridge but again that was ok as it was on the cheaper end of the spectrum. However it was dirty, had no soap, looked like it had never seen a hoover and the bathroom had a vile funky smell of sewers. If you are only 2ft tall then it’s ideal as the sloping ceilings throughout the ‘apartment’ make it impossible to stand up straight in the vast majority of the place. There were tiny little 12” windows at the bottom that you could open for much needed fresh air and 2 sky lights but no windows to look out. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Also forget to mention how noisy it was with all the passing traffic! Avoid at all costs, pay a bit more, this place isn’t worth it!

budget stay at salzburg, easy check in even the reception is not here, press button and gimme the code, the i can get the key, make coffee myself free, next door is a restaurant good food and good price, walkable to billa,

The location of this hotel is great, however keep in mind it is a budget hotel therefore not very luxurious. We had a few issues, such as a broken shower head mount, and an extremely loud and squeaky bathroom door. The weirdest of them all was that room service came twice, and neither times supplied us with toilet paper. This was so strange to us as we have never had to buy our own toilet paper at a serviced hotel before.. 
It was worth the location though, walking distance to everything including the main station. If you're looking for an easy place to stay for a short trip, I would recommend! 

Great location, good if you're looking for budget friendly 

I have no idea why people so impressed with this hotel?  We arrive today and I am still in shock. Room dirty.  Bed sheets dirty like an army of a gorillas slept here and left tons of hair, disgusting old sheets, and dirty spots.  Hotel doesn’t response so I go to sleep to another hotel. 120 Euro per night for 20 Euro service and probably dermatological diseases after your stay here. Room is very small like 3x2 meters.  We book room for 2 with big bad but receive a hostel room in jail.  
I hope you can see hair on photo. Of course video shows it much better.

Horrible

We stayed here for two nights in october. The room was pretty small but very clean and nicely looking. The beds were comfortable. 

The walls were pretty thin so you could hear every noise from the hallway and also from the street. Luckily the street is not busy and neither was the hotel so that didn’t bother us.

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the railway station and also a 10 min walk from the city centre. A great location! Easy to access! There are a few grocerie stores and restaurants just a couple blocks away from the hotel. 

The reception is open only in the morning till midday so if you arrive after that, you will get your key from in front of the hotel from a box coded for you.

This was a great value for our money! Lovely stay!


Nice stay

Me and my partner were there last week. The receptionist only does half days but that wasn't a problem. She was friendly and was very helpful. As no one had our room the night before we was able to get into our room straight away as we got there before midday. The room itself was basic but very clean. It done us well.  The hotel is a short walk from the lovely town centre but there is a bus stop round the corner for those that don't walk. Will definitely be going back again next October if not before. 

Lovely place 

First thing I noticed upon reaching hotel is How close it is to the mountains!!
Just 500 mts away from mountain. Very good location as near by to major bus stations. You can get a bus to airport easily. Also close to railway station. But chose to take a cab since we had to carry lots of luggage too. You can easily reach Airport or Railway terminal in case you want to hire a car. Though options at railway terminal are very much limited. 
What surprised me most is a small not on dressing table saying, since we don't have breakfast facility, we provide a small package of snacks in bags outside door at 7am. To our delight there were two packets with juice can and croissants in it. 
At reception is a small wending machine to provide nice tea, coffee and Lovely hot chocolate at all times. Reception is not manned at all times except for mornings. 
We were communicated by Management regarding how to reach and enter the hotel  in case if reception is unoccupied, which was simple enough. But We appreciate little personal touch. 
Rooms are cozy with very small bathroom. But undoubtedly very clean and neat. Plenty eating places and bars nearby. 
Free wifi working all right.
