Very clean, spacious and comfortable room and bathrooms. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. WiFi was ok for me. Good old solid brick walls making noise from the highway acceptable (ear plugs recommended for noise sensitive people).

Clean, friendly and comfortable

For a motel in a small town this is wonderful. We had a very pleasant stay. The room is clean and beddings is very comfortable. Would be great if they can provide forks too because we bought takeaways but no forks to eat with it. Friendly host and also I particularly like the outdoor BBQ area. Location is  good. I will recommend this.

Excellent

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed one night whilst traversing the New England Highway. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. We experienced some road noise but it wasn’t excessive. We felt that the room was good value for money and would recommend the motel.

Good value for money

An absolute gem. The lady at Reception was friendly and happy which was so welcoming after a long day of driving. Only too happy to recommend restaurants etc. The room is very spacious and spotless. A two seater lounge, dining table and chairs and plenty of bench space. Bathroom spotless and ample space. Lovely outdoor setting around the pool and ample car parking. The compendium is one of the best I’ve read in my many travels. Very extensive, covering not just information about the motel but also local shops, supermarkets, doctors, hospitals, wineries/cellar doors, family activities, entertainment, bicycle rides with maps, (include a map of the area) plus the history of Aberdeen.The owners have certainly put a lot of effort into looking after their guests. I would have no hesitation in recommending staying here.

A must stay if passing through and need a break.

Room was clean and comfortable. Dog friendly and plenty of room for them to explore. Stayed on our way up to Brisbane and decided to stay on our way home. 
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again on our next travels. Will recommend to family and friends. Also Reasonably priced.

Dog friendly and clean

Very good motel. Facilities good, clean and comfortable. The proprietors are excellent, friendly and exceptionally helpful. We have stayed here more than once and will stay again. Definitely recommend 

Excellent stay

Absolutely fantastic. Ruth on reception was so obliging and pleasant to deal with. The room was rediculously clean, bed so comfortable, coffee/tea facilities great, shower clean and hot, towels fluffy. Outside pool and bbq area looked great as well.  All in all one of the best motels we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend..

Fantastic motel.

Clean, comfortable and pet friendly.  Ruth was very accommodating and our small dog had a grand green space to run around in.  Beds were comfy and the room was spacious.  Highway close by but noise was minimal.  Would definitely stay here again.  Well recommended.

A happy comfortable stay

Room was amazing. It was a last minute check in and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The resident cat called "Puss" was an added bonus. Highly recommended re cleanliness and attention to detail.

I very much enjoyed my stay there as the room was clean, the beds and blankets were super comfy, it was quiet, and it had a very nice aesthetic. Overall, everything there was awesome. Convenient location to visit Warbirds @Scone
