I stayed here for three nights with my friend when in Tirana. Location wise, it's in a safe area and around a 15 minute walk to the centre. Plenty of supermarkets, ATMs and bars/restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms very clean and spacious. The Avengers and Star Wars duvet spreads were a nice touch! There is also a kitchen space and a very social rooftop where we met fellow travellers. This is great for solo travellers and small groups.

Great visit 

So thankful for the great Stay, the fabolous rooftop the positive vibes and of course the best host in Tirana, Class!! Very friendly family like Atmosphere. Be Sure to come over here, when you are in tirana - you won't regnet!!

Best place to be!

this is just one of these perfect places you‘ll find as a lucky traveller! 
the common rooftop area is the best place to chill out after some exhausting days on the road. there‘s a common living room inside as well, it‘s very cozy and for sure i felt a bit like home :)
situated very centrally and with a good included breakfast in the morning it‘s the perfect basis to explore tirana.

a perfect place

I stayed in this hostel for my three days in Tirana in the private room. It was very reasonably priced, and the accommodation was great. Light breakfast is complimentary, and you can hang out on the rooftop, cook using the barbecue grill, and get a nice panoramic view of Tirana. Travelers will often contribute food and prepare a dinner for whomever is interested!

Amazing stay!

Our stay at Homestel Tirana was splendid. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. They went over and above to help us arrange a hire car at short notice. They recommended and organised for a local provider, Easy Rent, to provide us with a rental car that was a late model at a great price and they even delivered the car to the hostel! 
The rooftop provides great views of the city and is a cool place to chill out, watch the sunset and sink a few beers.

Accomodating hosts!

Woke up in a pool of sweat ! 

Staff turned off the a/c in my room and I woke up sweating at 9:15 am. I would understand if I did an all night bender and I was still in bed after lunch but c'mon. 

The night prior there were two girls in my room sweating after they showered and the extension cord for the a/c was removed. It wasn't till about 11pm that the extension cord was returned and a/c turned on.

Class is an awesome owner but if he needs to hike the price a few dollars for better internet and a/c I think people would pay.

Woke up sweating 

We stayed there four times, every time it was great. We plan to go back there again this year, I suppose this should be enough to tell how good was it. But if I'm to convince anyone even more, I'd say, the hostel is at great location, it is practically in the city centre.
