I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. Have they traveled to Poti, Anaklia, Batumi, Tbilisi, Mestia, Khakheti, or Armenia or Azerbaijan? This kind of hotel with its own large cafeteria for only $45 a night I could seldom find in other regions of the Caucasus, at this quality for this price. The food preparation in the air conditioned cafeteria style restaurant was professional, artistic, varied, full amounts and variety, tasty, and the staff serving the food very Germanic [almost] in their strict cleanliness and efficient organization. The large and beautiful murals painted on the wall of the eating hall, and the Dutch futuristic style silver chrome shiny chairs, adds an allure unusual to this part of the world. I saw tables full of eaters, especially Russians, packing down the delicious food with smiles on their satisfied faces, even the oversized men eating away like they were starving! Please look at my photos and tell me if I am wrong! The food is great and so is the atmosphere. If you are not a hotel guest it is only $6 to eat all you can eat at the breakfast buffet. The lunch and dinner cost a little more and have ten times the selections of quality dishes.
