The hotel is good, the room is air conditioned, the administrators are very welcoming, the dining room is very tasty, the beach is spicy, the people on the beach are not many, the sea is clean, warm, the area of the hotel is guarded, clean, the rooms are cleaned every day.

Rest at the Irene Hotel August 2023

We had a family vacation in August of 2022, on the advice of our friends. We were on the 4th floor, and it was not easy to get up and down after the beach 2-3-4 times a day, especially with the kids. We liked the sea and the animators, and they were left with a couple of positive reviews in the hotel book.

I wouldn 't recommend it.

What I didn't like was that the miners' shop was on the first floor of the 2nd floor. I didn't like it. The miners' shop was on the first floor of the 2nd floor. I didn't like it. I insisted on the 4m room: there was 1 balcony of a good view from the window, but again a plough. They chose 1 plough. It's a lovely place.

The room has everything needed (conditioning, a good bathroom (hot and cold water were a constant and remarkable effort), a television (well, the screen may be a little bit small), a refrigerator. There are shady areas where it's comfortable at any time of the day. - Animation/entertainment. Children's animation is at a good level. Animators are ready to take care of the children themselves during the day (competitions, active games, board games, children's disco etc.). Good territory, poor management.

Now I understand that if it wasn't for the Russian resorts, which help to sell places in the hotel, there would have been no one for that price. So, I came with a family, including a 4-year-old child, booked 2 rooms. We settled on the 5th floor of the 5th floor of the building without an elevator! There is no drinking water, you need to go down to the basement floor to the dining room, i.e. for our water graph to go back and forth in 6 floors.

Unfortunately, stereotypes about Abkhaz hotels have been confirmed.

Family vacation in September of 2020. Very nice. We lived in a luxury apartment, cleaned carefully. We cleaned every day, changed our clothes on demand. Food is good, everything is fresh.

There is some choice of hotels in Pitsunda, but only several of them is really worth staying. So Iren is one of them. Two buildings, not high, own territory with free parking. Nice rooms with breathtaking views. Very close to the beach and to the age-old pine forest. Close to the city center. We lived on the 5th floor, and you should be sporty to get there when no elevator. Breakfast is not excellent, but fare. And the gift from the place - a crystal and fresh air!
