Good price , clean , friendly and helpful staff , good location outside of town centre but very close to all attractions , bars and beach .The owner help us to rent the scoters and explained where to go on the island

Great place to stay. Everything near like beautiful Long Beach and so many restaurants at the walking distance. 
Staff really helpful and friendly. 
They rent scooters so it’s really convenient. 
Rooms are nice and hot water in showers.

Friendly hostel

Great place to stay. 

I recently stayed here for 5 nights and I honestly can’t fault the staff. There was a guy from the Czech Republic running the place and he was so lovely, helpful and recommended us places to go! All the other staff were lovely too! If I was writing this review purely on the staff it would be a 5 rating. Unfortunately I found the hostel very average and I didn’t think it accommodated to backpackers at all. Firstly the dorms are very cramped with very little room for your things, it was almost impossible to walk from one end to the other. There are also no plug sockets by your bed which is a massive pain. There were only 3 plug sockets in our room, one for the fan and two for people to use, we were in a dorm of 6. There were 3 more plug sockets in the reception area but it was so hot there it was unbearable to sit there, no air con or fans. Also these plug sockets were for the whole hostel so obviously it was a fight to get to one. The beds are also very hard but there is great air con in the dorms which is a bonus as the rest of the hostel is boiling! There is a really nice chill out area and also a seating area outside but like Iv said it was too hot to sit in them. The hostel doesn’t provide a laundry service or hire mopeds, I found this odd as every hostel I have stayed in in Vietnam has done either of the two. The hostel does food but it a so expensive which is another reason I feel it doesn’t accommodate backpackers at all. I will say though the hostel is very clean and in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. In all honesty I wouldn’t stay here Again for the same length of time as I think there are much better hotels available for the same price. I think it would be ok for a night or two. 

Lovely staff, average hostel 

It was a terrible experience the owner was aggressive and he forced me to pay fine for smoking cigarette but he sell weed 
. Everywhere is good in phu couc but this place very bad. Owner is rude and not nice

Useless owner very impolite

all i can say about thus place is awful. Im in pain with a terrible burn on my leg and that tell me to shut up and they aren't my mum.vpissed off at me because i have to sit in the shower and put cold water on my wound

Dispicable people skills

Whatever you think about this place, it is not that. And there weren't any help about it.
We did not find what we were looking for, and we came all the way from Nha Trang to find it. But now we will go on to Krabi.
