I arrived at the middle of the night with a people i met on the trip and i just stay 1 night for having the tour tommorow the room was nice the have ac and fan ang the television althought no international channel 😅 but overall have a nice night until in the morning i saw a bedbug but luckily im going to leaving but the receptionist quoc khoa was very nice and helpful even he accompanied me halfaway to bus station

there is a bug

absolute value for money. we didnt get to stay in the main house but our room was still pretty decent and clean.
shower needed more pressure and there was only one electric outlet that was working.

the place was beachfront but no one was really swimming when we
were there.

the hostess (wasnt able to get her name) was very helpful! she was
able to retrieve our lost tripod which we left inside the jeep we used for the tour (which she arranged for us too). thank you so much! :)


excellent hostess!

The rooms were dirty, full of mold and everything was old and broken. The decour is so ugly it cannot be explained. We were suppose to stay for 5 nights but cancelled as soon as we saw the place. The pool is a different company about 1km away.

Old and dirty

I had made a booking 4 rooms in Kim Ngan Hotel during 28-30 July 2017. However, we did not stay there for whole period due to bad room conditions. Rooms are too old, smelly and lack of facilities, amenities. Therefore, we told the reception there that we would cancel those rooms right after checking -in and walking away. It's so confused us a lots that we did not ask them to waive the cancellation charge.After that, I myself tried to call the hotel to ask for any support but they refused and treat us in unpolite way. After tele-conversation, I felt so dissapointed and uncomfortable.
