I can only say that they learned to pay attention to the details.
They have new power outlets in the double room where stuff doesn't fall out anymore. 
Now, they also have warm showers. 
It's a bit tricky to get warm water, but it's explained on a sheet in the bathroom and it works. 

Also the rooms are spacious and clean and the AC works great. 

I can definitely recommend the place! 

Good place to stay! 

Location really good, calm area near the Sheraton hotel, but all activities rather close - European parts, city centre, beach only 5 min by walk, a lot of shops and cafes around. Manager on the reception kind and honest gentleman. Cleaning service good, hot water, air con works ok. Coming back.

Nha trang

For less than $20, you get a big room with 2 queen size beds, a tub. Perfect if you are always out of the hotel to explore HCMC. I don't think the staff speaks much English though. The restaurant is closed but there are small restaurants down and accross the street.

Big and clean

Stayed there over 3 nights and was surprised of how morn the place was. The entrance doesn't look much, but inside its a different story. Rooms are very spacious and comfy, bathrooms have double showers, but no hot water. Quite a few power outlets, but the plug just won't stay in and just falls off. Other than that it was great location, just good 5 minutes walk from the beach, loads of food and drink options just right outside on the street. Good value for money, but needs some attention to the small stuff.
