With a Riverside restaurant, Coco had an amazing spa as well. Pool table, swimming pools and everything you want is here. Would highly recommend it to the tourists.

Amazing stay!

It is so a beautiful homestay. The rooms are so cozy and clean. They have a great garden were you can stay and have breakfast. The Hosts are so friendly and take always care about you. Bicycles are also for free. Not far from the City. A great cafe (Koi relax coffe)is very close. Thank you

Hoi An Homestay

Positive: Friendly homestay just at the side of the river, for a reasonable price. Rooms are clean, view is amazing, and they don't use plastic bottles for a water, it's just free from a can. Big hand for it! Owners are helpful. 
Negative: A bit far from the city center by walk, but.the view is nice. Owners speak just basic English, do not expect for deep talking about Hoi An, or anything. Breakfast is fine, but I wanted to start at 7:00, so I ordered for 6:30, despite I received after 7am

Calm stay in Hoi An

We had the most wonderful time! Thai and her husband are very nice people and the breakfast every morning served near the river and the ride to town with the free bikes was perfect. The rooms are very clean and have a nice bathroom and very good shower. It’s also great to stay a bit further out from town since it is very nice and quiet and you get to relax further from the usual tourist hotspots. Thank you!

Amazing homestay!

I'm glad that we chose this place outside the city center. It was peaceful and host are friendly. You can easily navigate everywhere because you can borrow bikes and scooters from the place. Breakfast was good and could be enjoyed side of the river. ☺️

Quiet and cozy

The homestay is located next to a river. You can eat your breakfast at a table next to it. This is a really nice and quiet experience. The local host speaks very good English and is really friendly. The room was really comfortable. You get 2 mini bottles of cold water everyday (for free). The airconditioning wasn’t that cool which means it was always pretty hot in the room.
