I am currently staying her in HCMC. 
It is on the Main Street but just up an alley away from the craziness of bui Vien !
It is a family ran business and the couple that own it are lovely!
As I have came here for work I'm just getting on my feet so will be staying her a little while until I can afford an apartment. 
Each day I'm given new towels and toilet roll for my room. The management leave them outside in a basket which is so lovely.
I occasionally use the kitchen to make basic meals and they are more than happy to let me use the utensils. 
It's such a lovely place to stay that feels like home with the cat, lovely husband and wife and their daughter.
I would definitely recommend this place. It's great value for money.  

Friendly staff, clean hostel

Its family running guest house with really family vibes. There are no workers except family members, especially father, always helpful, always smiling. There is kitchen you can use, washing machine and pc. I stayed in dorm with 6 beds, room is small but for such a price is ok. Ac works well. They do cleaning of room and bathroom daily. Location is big plus point, in the heart of district 1. 
I would recommend this place.

Cozy

Since I stayed here I felt myself like I was one of the family. The guesthouse is a family-owned place with not too many rooms and straight in the city centre. The dormroom is airconditioned and once a day there is a cleaner in the room. It's a very simple, but fantastic family runned place where you can come 24 hour in with your own key.
