7 reviewsWow, my experience at the Diamond has been amazing. Coming from Australia to stay close to my sister in laws family I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I couldn't have asked for more. I have stayed here for 5 days and the service has been above and beyond the whole time. The rooms are simple but clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning, the TV, fridge and bathroom facilities work perfectly. The pool is crystal clear and the whole resort is maintained beautifully. A couple of the staff speak English and those who don't respond really well to google translate. There is a security guard on the grounds all the time, though I can't imagine he has too much to do other than watching over people's vehicles, crime is low in Vietnam and people are generous and kind. If you want an everyday urban experience outside Saigon then you need to come here. 10 minutes from Bien Hoa and 30 to 45 minutes from HCMC you are close enough to tourist areas but far enough away to not see another Westerner for days. The Diamond Resort is well worth the stay and I recommend it highly.
