Very clean and a very accommodating owner. Everything we asked of him he was able to do. We stayed 4 nights and the price was excellent. I will recommend it to others and will return. Good value. Centrally located if you are doing the national parks or just riding in Utah

We picked this hotel for price.  Room was freshly painted, nothing special.  But it was clean.  One of the cleanest bathroom floors I've every wiped down.  The bed was ok.  The ice was convenient.  We were totally surprised.  Hey, we were only sleeping there; it was great for that and for the price.

Bit of a surprise

Visiting Bryce Canyon. Booked here solely on price. Room was huge with two double beds. TV was tiny and crammed in a corner. Bathroom and room were dated but relatively clean. Air con was cold and had proper black out curtains. Quiet road. Slept well and grabbed breakfast from gas station in town.

newly renovated. very clean and comfortable beds. very impressed and exceeded expectations. Located  in a central location! Easy to get into the parking lot with motorcycles.  Loved the upgrades. Very clean! Highly recommend👍

Good

Due to Yellowstone closer and our flight's cancellation, we had to change our schedule more than once. The manager was very helpful. Even dropped me off cold medicine after learning I was sick.  A very convenient location to Bryce and a very reasonable price to stay even in June.

Very Friendly

Great value, the room could be a little cleaner, the top duvet had a small fresh stain. The curtains had holes, but it was very quiet and we slept really well, having been on the road for the past  10 days. The fridge and microwave worksd well and the location is excellent

Great value for Bryce Canyon 

Staff was not in office when I arrived. Finally he showed up and then complained because I wanted early check in although by then it was maybe a half hour early. He gave me a room key and said he did not know if the room was clean. I thought it was clean as beds were (poorly) made but discovered it was not when I sat on a wet toilet seat. Went back to office and staff thought the toilet incident was funny. Then staff tried to put me in a room next to the street where I would hear traffic noise continuously. I did not accept that room and then was given a room far away from the street. There was an open bar of soap in the shower so that room was not cleaned thoroughly. Numerous cigarette butts on the grounds. Then staff lied and told booking.com that I was a no-show.

Staff Was Rude & Dishonest!

Friendly, attentive staff provided us with a clean, spacious room ~ or was it a suite? There was a separate bedroom with additional bathroom. Never had I stayed in a motel room with 2 bathrooms?!  As has been mentioned by another reviewer, wifi signal was strong.  Even though the motel is on Main Street, it was quiet and we rested well.  I definitely would stay here again.

This was our "home" for four nights

the hotel charged me twice the amount of my reservation when I had canceled this one without cancellation fees !!!
in addition to that I had the right to bank charges following their withdrawal!

Awesome stay, room was spotless, very comfortable. Reminds me of the old roadside motels that you would find along Route 66 in the old days. Great place, the manager was very nice, and we would absolutely stay there again. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water to shower or bathe with.
