What was good

No maid or room service. I liked that there wasn't anyone coming in and out of our room.

What was bad

For the money we paid, the rooms were very bare bones - no coffee maker, no snacks, no movie channels or guide on the TV - nothing really. You would think under the circumstances of the times, that the hotel would at least offer free coffee in the morning, but no! There were no perks whatsoever!! Having people travel and stay at your hotel during COVID, should afford some type of welcome, or extra something (like the other hotels we stayed at in Zion). Very disappointed.
