Wyoming Inn Hotel is a lovely and cozy hotel; some of the staff is very nice, and some others are there but not the happiest faces.
The only thing that disappointed me was that I left a new white Colombia sweater I took for my tour at Yellowstone Park, which was part of my tour outfit.
I called the hotel, and the answer was that we did not have any report, and nothing was found on lost and founds.

On my way back to Ohio, I had to stop another night at the Wyoming Inn. I asked the person at the counter directly, and she said the same thing: nothing was there. Then I asked a supervisor, and he said the same. I am sure I left it there, and it is not about the suitor; it is about the fact that if anyone leaves any valuable thing by mistake, you will never be able to get it back, probably. I already read a review from another person that left important documents and the same happened.

Just make sure you check every corner of your room when you leave.

I hope management are more involved on this type of situations.The Wyoming Inn Hotel is a lovely and cozy place to stay. On my way back to Ohio, I decided to stay at the Wyoming Inn again for the night. I asked the person at the counter, who told me the same thing - nothing had been found. I am positive that I left my sweater in the hotel room. My concern is not just about the loss of the sweater, but more importantly, the fact that if anyone leaves anything valuable behind by mistake, it is unlikely that they will ever get it back. I even read a review from another person who had left important documents behind and had the same outcome.

I urge all guests to carefully check every corner of their room before leaving. It is essential that hotel management becomes more involved in these situations and takes responsibility for ensuring the return of lost items to their rightful owners. 

Despite this unfortunate experience, I must say that the location of the hotel is fantastic, and the rooms are nice. I did not have the chance to try the restaurant, though.

Besides that, the location of the hotel is fantastic.  The rooms are nice. I did try the restaurant, though.

Beautiful Hotel close to restaurants and shopping centers

If you looking for a place to feel like home, super cozy, clean, the service was amazing, it smells so good!!! And the frontdesk very polite people and super helpful,  our flight got delayed, a couple of friends got there first and they don't speak English, the front desk treated them so nice and let them get their room so quick, and the make sure our rooms were waiting for us. Definitely coming back here also the view is amazing and location even better! No so crowded.

Location, service and hospitality

The atmosphere is great. The service is one of a kind, super polite, clean and staff went above and beyond to help even after we arrived a day late. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will be staying here again in the future. Breakfast is delicious also.

One of the best places to stay in Jackson Hole

I was a bit skeptical about this hotel when I made my reservation but I can't begin to tell you how happy I was to have stayed at this hotel.  The rooms were modern and very comfortable.  The staff was so friendly, especially Julia at the Whistling Grizzly hotel restaurant.  She was so courteous, professional and friendly.  The food at the hotel restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced.   The spa area was so nice.  Big jacuzzi with a modern fireplace.  It was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking and skiing.  The nightly rate was excellent and I now have my go to hotel whenever I am in Jackson Hole.  Highly recommend!!

Surprise! Surprise! What a great stay!!

Our introduction to Jackson, Wyoming, couldn't have been better. I adored the small buffalo "Buffy" in our room, and the bathroom was impressively large and spacious. The hotel itself radiates coziness and charm.

A couple of tips: The bus stop for the free bus is conveniently located just behind the hotel. Additionally, consider booking directly through the hotel. We did so and were pleasantly surprised at check-in with an upgraded room. A great touch considering it was my husband's birthday.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

Hotel is conveniently located in the town of Jackson.   Room was immaculate.   Bathroom was large and well designed.   Jackson Hole skiing was an easy drive from hotel.

This was our first time to Jackson and we had a great time. The hotel has great location and had the most comfortable beds! Clean and everyone was friendly.
