Great location.  All three of our girls were in ski school so short walk through BC village in the morning made our trip very easy.  Building is ski in/ski out but for ski school, they valet all skis and poles so super easy drop off.  You are approximately 100 yards from the main village so made the family après in the village a snap.  Ice skating, shopping, dining all right there.  We rented a car but didn't need it.
Great people.  Ben, the afternoon manager, is amazing.  He was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great stay.
The lobby area is a little dated but our condo was very well updated and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were also a great advantage after 6 cold ski days.

This is a fantastic building for young families.

I highly recommend #15. With three bedrooms and four full baths, it was perfect for our TV crew’s home base while filming footage of Elevation: Beaver Creek. 

The views from both decks were quite simply stunning. And the location - steps from village shops and restaurants - was absolutely perfect. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the provided games and karaoke machine, to the exceptionally comfortable beds…frankly, I wish we’d been on a luxury ski trip because this place was perfect. 

Be advised - from our experience, the staircases in the two level units are quite narrow. I can see it being problematic with a ton of luggage or physical limitations. 

Bottom line: I would LOVE to stay here again on a future vacation. Especially now that I’m prepared for the altitude. (Note: HYDRATE and buy that can of oxygen!)

Gorgeous Views; Luxurious Condo

The location of the condo complex is ideal! Just a few steps away from the center of the village yet secluded and tranquil. We stayed in Centennial #23 Private Residence. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. The condo looked newly renovated and very tastefully decorated. I especially liked the kitchen since I enjoy cooking. The modern kitchen has high end appliances and is very well stocked with every possible kitchenware you need. The spacious deck also has a bbq grill. There is even a bar sink with filtered water. And, the owner left the wine rack stocked for us! The bedrooms are equally roomy and comfortable; the master bedroom also has a large Jacuzzi.

The lobby staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bill and Bill went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed - they gave us great restaurant recommendations and advice - one even laid out a daily ski plan for the boys!

We truly enjoyed our winter vacation at this apartment- we would love to experience it in the summer months for hiking and biking- the unit has a built in humidification system and I noticied AC so I am sure a summer stay would be as comfortable.

The location doesn't get any better than this...

We stayed at Centennial for the Christmas Holiday.  It is one of the most beautiful ski resorts we visited in the area.  It is ideally located walking distance to the ski slopes and the Beaver Creek Village.    The condominium was beautifully furnished, spacious and very clean.  We had an amazing view from the living room and access to a very large patio/deck.  The kitchen was large and well equipped so we could make all meals for 5 people.   We really enjoyed the great coffee and snacks generously placed every morning by the staff in the lobby.  The staff was extremely helpful to ensure that we had really good and comfortable stay. We highly recommend Centennial to everyone. We would definitely visit the Centennial again!

The Most Wonderful Place to Stay

We stayed here with our family of 4 to ski for spring break.  The Centennial is clean and the managers are helpful.  We arrived early and they allowed us to park in the 15 minute spot until our room and parking spot were ready.  They also have an adorable puppy that comes to work with them.  The hot tub and pool are great after a day of skiing.  There is even coffee and muffins at 7 each morning.  The building itself is about 2 buildings from the main Beaver Creek ski area where the ice rink is and stuff. So the location is great.  There is a ski trail near the hotel, but we never found it, but it is not ski in ski out.

Centennial Condominium is a ski-in, ski-out property in Beaver Creek, Colorado. It is a beautiful property in the center of the village with 29  well appointed units and a full time staff. We stayed in unit #17 which had fabulous views of the ski slpoes and the valley. This 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath unit has over 1700 square feet of comfortable upscale living space and includes a heated indoor parking space. Rental costs vary by the time of year, but are extremely reasonablee for this area.

Ski Holiday

My ski club stayed here, so I was able to see several residences. They are all beautifully decorated and each is unique and different. The staff are amazing and among the most helpful I have seen anywhere.

Amazing customer service and beautiful residences

This was our first visit to Beaver Creek and Centennial Condominiums.  For an adult family of 6 (parents and four 20 something boys) this was an ideal choice.  Three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, full kitchen including cooking utensils, and a short walk to the slopes.  Unfortunately we were unable to regulate the heat throughout our entire 5 night stay.  The entire condo was either extremely hot or extremely cold, which made for uncomfortable days and nights.  While there are some spectacular views available from the condo, there was no deck on any of the central living spaces, nor was there a deck (or decent view) from the master suite.  The deck was only accessible from bedrooms 2 or 3.  Since I specifically requested a deck where I could read and enjoy the view, this was highly disappointing to me.

Centennial is ideally located for access to the village and the ski in and out fabulous!  The unit was very nicely decorated and very comfortable, with excellent views of the ski area, surrounding mountains and the village.  The heated inside parking a real plus, and the lobby with its complimentary food and beverage was very enjoyable!  Of course, fresh snow yet another plus!!
