What was good

ya ya The front desk worker was great!

What was bad

Wifi was down. Very frustrating because I needed for business transactions. I changed room twice as a result, but still had no wifi. What can you do to compensate me for the lack of wifi? Also the lights in the sink AND bathroom flickered.
