A cosy and comfortable hotel right next to the sea. I was here on a work placement and the 2 girls were so kind and considerate. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The free breakfast was good as well. If you book with them, they will provide you with free parking. A lovely place by the sea, I would recommend wholeheartedly staying with the Moorings.

This is a great B&B. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is one of the best we've had anywhere in the world and cooked to order. The owners are very friendly and helpful. 
This is only 10 mins walk from the shopping centre, 2 mins from the promenade, and just a few minutes from a good number of pubs, restaurants and cafes.
I would recommend this B&B as an alternative to hotel stays.

Great B&B

I've stopped all around England in thousands of b&b's, this is by far one of the best I've stopped in. Such a relaxed place and a great family feel. The breakfasts are very tasty and the beds are comfortable . I would highly recommend the Moorings to all.

We had a very warm welcome from Alison and Sarah, and some excellent advice on local travel and eateries. Clean, comfortable and quiet, and with a good breakfast to start the day, The Moorings is highly recommended by us.

A short south coast seaside break in a place we hadn't visited before.

Alison was a lovely host - the service was the best I have ever experienced. 

I love a full English, so breakfast did not disappoint. 

I was able to park for free all of the time I was there (two nights) as we arrived after 4pm on a Saturday and it was bank holiday. For drivers, I'd recommend checking the signs on google maps on both sides of the street as they are controlled differently. Alison was kind enough to check with me where I had parked.

Lovely B&B experience

Stay at the Moorings for two nights to go to Goodwood. Very good location to get too and from the Circuit. Very friendly welcome from Alison on arrival. Room was very clean and tidy with everything you need. Quirky look in the rooms with a selection large and small  Teddy Bears. Good location to walk to the town in the evening for a couple of cold Beers. 
Very nice welcome from Alison In just her dressing gown at 2am when the door key wouldn’t work. She didn’t tell us off. 😁
Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. 
Thanks for a nice stay Alison and Sarah see you next year.

Goodwood Festival of Speed

We stayed here for 3 nights in a great room, we were greeted by the most loveliest staff, really made us feel welcome.
Breakfast was served from around 8, which worked brillantly for us and they were open to move it earlier if we wanted.
This was my first time at the hotel, I can definitely see why my Boyfriend comes back every year. We will definitely be coming again.
The Moorings hotel is in a beautiful location, its a stone throw to the beach. Only a short walk to loads of different places to eat. 
If you are looking for a cute little hotel, with friendly staff in a quite beautiful place. Then is a hotel for you.

Perfect place to stay

We have just returned from a four night stay. Sarah and Alison were good hosts and very helpful when we asked about eating places and local pubs. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We were a short walk to the sea and about a 10 minute walk to the town centre and pier.

Good location

We've just come back from a visit to the Big Church Weekend a Wiston House and for the 3rd time stayed at The Moorings.  As we checked in, Alison informed us that we had been upgraded to their premier room.  I have never been upgraded before, so it was a lovely surprise.  Our room was spacious and had everything we could possibly want.  Sarah and Alison are excellent hosts, very caring and go out of their way to make your stay  perfect.  A lovely extra is the use of a kitchenette to store food in the fridge, have access to milk.  You can sit in there if you wish to eat any take away etc.   Thank you for such a comfortable stay and for allowing me to have "smelly" kippers for breakfast.

Amazing B&B

Lovely place. Great location. Some might find it outdated but I think that’s what gives the place quirkinesses. Alison and Sarah were very hospitable and could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was also nice, served with the smile. We will definitely go back. Thank you ladies.
