The Beeches B&B was the perfect base for our weekend away. The whole house was spotlessly clean, room was really spacious and had all the facilities stated. Bed was really comfy. 
Perfect location for exploring Keswick and further afield. Slightly out of keswick, quite a walk into town but only a couple of minutes drive.
Breakfast was outstanding, plenty of choice... scrambled egg was exactly how I like it and the coffee was delicious.
Nothing was to much trouble.
Can't fault it, next time we go up, we would stay here again.

Perfect

This is a very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and breakfast with excellent food.  About a mile from the centre of Keswick but has its own parking and a pleasant walk along a proper footpath, away from the road takes you into the heart of Keswick.

Probably one of the best bed and Breakfast we have stayed in.

The Beeches is a beautiful old house which has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. Our room and en suite were spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided with fresh milk available from a small fridge in the hallway.
Our breakfast was pre- ordered from a full and varied menu and was delicious. There is free and easy parking although Keswick Centre is only a mile away and easily walkable.
This is a well established, family run business that we would definitely recommend.


Excellent accommodation in Keswick

We have just returned from a wonderful wknds stay . Our room was first class a very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities.  
Breakfast was fit for a king with a good selection.  The walk into town is approximately 15 minutes downhill . We booked taxis after a few drinks in town for the trip back . 
Very good value for money with private parking for all guests.

Outstanding

Myself and my partner stayed here over the weekend as we were taking part in the 10in10. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Keswick and the property has its own parking which is a great bonus. Breakfast was fantastic, I am coeliac and I had gluten free eggs benedict. Will definitely return.

Comfortable room, great facilities and friendly staff.

Nice room and bed, fabulous breakfast, very clean and tidy. 1 mile walk from centre but easy walk on an ex-railway line path. Parking on site and will certainly return. Quiet room at side and out of the centre so not noisy. Quality, clean, good value compared with many hotels.

Quality guest house in Keswick

The room is clean, space and comfortable! Also, breakfast at morning is excellent nice, perfect order whatever we’ve been write down on the paper. The staff are respectful and friendly! Worth to stay this hotel for weekend/long weekend.

Best place to stay in Keswick

Just come back from a lovely weekend at the Beeches. Spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast and the room had everything you need. About a 15 minute walk into town but along a lovely disused railway walk. Would definitely return

What a lovely B&B

The Beeches guest house is a short walk outside the crazy busy town of Keswick. Irene was very welcoming and we had a lovely twin room with en-suite shower room. Everything seems newly renovated and very stylish. Wonderful toiletries in the bathroom which I always appreciate! Breakfast is cooked to order and was served in a lovely dining room. Overall a lovely stay thank you!
