Truly couldn’t fault it.
Room - or should I say whole property is spotless - as if brand new.
Bed was so comfy - perfect mattress and pillows -  and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast was fresh cooked - quality ingredients. 
Hospitality best possible - nothing too much trouble - made to feel welcomed and at home.
Only problem we had - we wasn’t staying longer.

Excellent breakfast, even provided gluten free bread & soya milk! (very happy).  Lovely room with everything we needed during our stay (made good use of the fan during the heatwave). Lovely lady who runs the place, nothing too much trouble.  Really enjoyed our time there.  Certainly recommend.

Lovely place, great hostess, good parking

As soon as Vanessa welcomed us into her establishment we knew it was going to be a good stay, she was very welcoming, all the rooms are tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean, breakfast was spot on.would highly recommend this guest house. Will definitely be coming back next time we come to Weston thanks for making us feel at home five stars is not enough if I could give more I definitely would.  THANKS AGAIN.

The best B&B I've stayed in.

Lovely place very clean.  lady owner Vanessa was a lovely lady very helpful nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was very good cooked just the way you wanted it a good range on offer. Room was spotless and included towels and complimentary shower gel shampoo and body lotion. Comfy beds as well. Would definitely stay here again also free parking as well.

Short stay in weston

Absolute spotless and faultless B & B only stayed for 1 night but wow what a fabulous place, so clean and top rated Breakfast with very high quality products. Lovely room with great amenities, everything you could ask for. Great location, nice walk to the town or seafront.

Spotless

Very clean, homely and friendly.  From booking to checking out, our stay was wonderful.  Everything we needed was in the room and breakfast was so fresh and cooked beautifully.  
Five star service and the parking was plentiful (on the property’s drive).  Definitely will stay again when we visit Weston!

Extremely Clean, Comfortable, and Inviting!

Stayed at Fernlea Guest House for 2 nights, Vanessa was a lovely host. She made us feel very much at home. Rooms perfect, absolutely spotless & comfortable. Breakfast was first class. Pub next door or a walk up the hill, beach about a 40-45 min walk but there is public transport. Parking on site. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Excellent accommodation

Stayed here for a couple of nights in Weston. Everything was perfect. Vanessa couldn’t have done enough and was really friendly and chatty. Family room was perfect for my two daughters and grandson and our room was a really good size too. Tastefully decorated and felt really relaxed and comfy there. Shower was fab! Breakfasts were definitely plentiful. Next time we decide to stay in Weston we will definitely be booking here ☺️☺️

The best Guest House ever!

Well what can I say from start to finish staying here we were made to feel most welcome, lovely chats with Vanessa. We had the family room, lovely n spacious. Breakfast was the best we’ve had whilst being away. Would definitely recommend and revisit. 

Superb B n B

Had a three night stay in Fernlea, from start to finish we were made to feel welcomed. Plenty of off road parking, room was lovely stayed in the double bedroom, towels and toiletries were provided. Breakfast is the best I've tasted and certainly sets you up for the day . Would certainly recommend and re visit. Thank you.
