My 3 children and I stayed in this superb house following me staying there whilst on a business trip around 3 years ago.

I knew then that my children would love staying there are we were certainly not disappointed!

Shirley was absolutely brilliant with her pre-stay communications - courteous, flexible and clear with the arrangements.

On arrival my children and I felt very welcome and it was so wonderful to experience the amazing house once again.

The terraces adjoined to the 2 rooms we stayed in (the Gold Room and the Moroccan Room) were spacious and calming with great views over the extensive, beautifully maintained gardens.

The baths in both rooms were the height of luxury - particularly grand in the Gold Room!

We enjoyed a tranquil, undisturbed night there and slept brilliantly.

Waking up to the smell of bacon cooking was a delight and the fantastic breakfast Shirley made and 'proper' coffee from the cafetière lent itself to delightful conversation before we made our way home.

A truly wonderful high to end our family summer holiday on!

Delightful luxurious experience with amazing hospitality

We stayed in the Moroccan room for 1 night and it was superb. Warm, clean and modern. Stylish design. Tea and coffee making facilities. Our room had a lovely big balcony/veranda with chairs/table and even loungers overlooking the garden which would have been great in the summer but not so great on a cold wet december evening. When we arrived we were given a breakfast menu to highlight exactly what we wanted in the morning and it was prepared and cooked to perfection.
Would definitely go back.

Beautiful house and a friendly welcoming host

Shirley is very welcoming and attentive.  It is a family home and you feel part of it.

Your breakfast requirements / time are selected from a list the evening prior, which ensures all freshly prepared and cooked.

The rooms are clean and beds comfortable.

Lovely accommodation

Absolutely beautiful property and excellent hostess. Rooms are decorated to the very highest standard, warm and welcoming. Breakfast cooked to order. Views from the property are lovely and is very low ground light, perfect for star gazing from the balcony on a clear night. We stayed as visiting The Crazy Bear in Stadhampton, just a 5 minute taxi ride away.

My husband and I stayed here (in the Moroccan room) for a few days mainly as a base for touring the Chilterns and Oxfordshire. We had very relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. The private terrace meant we could sunbathe or just relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Shirley was very welcoming and helpfully gave us tips on where to eat locally. The house itself is amazing, a modern haven in the heart of a beautiful village. Would definitely stay here again. 

Wonderful

Can't recommend this B&B enough. It was an highly enjoyable stay with a lovely host who was attentive but not overbearing. She was on hand when we needed her and also cooked a lovely made to order breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and tidy and the final touch was the amazing private balcony too. Great in a summer's day as when we stayed and enjoyed a bottle of wine.

A must stay

I stayed at the Warborough b&b on New Year’s Eve the whole experience was lovely! Shirley is a wonderful host so lovely and welcoming, and the house is stunning! We left very happy! And an absolute bargain we will 100% be visiting again, would recommend to anyone

Beautiful house and gardens with accommodating and chatty owners. 
Rothko room. Was big enough for 2 people, small balcony looking out onto the front gardens. Evening sunshine. TV, hairdryer, storage for a few days stay, lovely comfy bed and pillows, dvds, magazines,  tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms smoke alarm was missing. Free wifi.
En suite was a wet room, shower was good, only downside to the wet room was just that, everything got wet, the toilet seat etc. Unfortunately the bottom of the wet room door has blown due to
water damage. Very nice shampoo and soaps. Super thick large towels. 
Breakfast. Fresh melon and pineapple, large croissant, fry up, toast, tea, coffee and fresh OJ, cereals.
We would definitely stay again next time we are in Oxfordshire.

1 night stay

This place was absolutely perfect. The hosts were friendly, the room was AMAZING and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in the Moroccan suite. The room was spacious and the bathroom was small but practical and the power shower/bath was spectacular, a brilliant way to refresh.

The terrace was massive! We wish we had a few more days to really take advantage of it but the evening we spent outside with a bottle of wine was a little insight into this little gem just a 20min drive from Oxford.

We would definitely recommend, or maybe not - we don't want it to be fully booked next time we fancy going again!
