Great stay as always in Premier Inn very friendly staff and lovely warm room we had, Joanna on the reception made sure our stay was great and our room was servised. Great food, breakfast was freshly cooked, it was really delicious. Car park is free too. We will be back in the future.

Really recommended

The rooms are not like a normal premier inn.. small, dated and absolutely freezing.
The room was depressing and would not stay here again.
The pub and the staff all friendly but the rooms are very poor, if your comparing to a premier inn.. this did not feel like a premier Inn.

Staff lovely but rooms are very small and dated

Stayed there whilst visiting a family in Altrincham. Cost very reasonable and plenty of amenities nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Joanna in the housekeeping a real credit in particular she goes out of her way to help and she made sure our room was very clean and tidy. We will definitely be returning.

Great hotel, great value and in great location

Great Premier Inn.  Clean rooms and friendly staff.  Yvonne on reception was really helpful with advice on local amenities.  Location good for the football.  Will definitely stay again, we had breakfast the next morning which was cooked fresh to order - best Premier Inn breakfast I have had

Great stay

After a 3 night stay, we were very disappointed with our meal  experience tonight. Arriving  at 8 :15 it was clear the lady in the restaurant was not happy to serve us
 We did get a meal, but we felt rushed, and the bill was brought almost immediately after the food was served. No option of a dessert.  We were then told they were closing the restaurant and the bar and we had to leave. We asked where we could go but the lady said she didn't know. Very disappointing experience. 

Disappointing experience 

This hotel is not up to the standards I have come to expect from other Premier Inn hotels. I had concerns as soon as I arrived - the building and car park are incredibly run down - it is actually the George and Dragon pub (not mentioned on the website which states there is an onsite Table Table restaurant). Access to the hotel is via a back entrance where you have to walk through a dark underpass, or through the pub. Neither ideal options. Inside the building there is no key card security on any of the doors which means there is free access from the street or pub, the rooms themselves only have traditional key locks. The corridors have motion activated lights which mean you are left in darkness until they come on which was a good few seconds. As a lone female traveller I did not feel comfortable in this location and did not stay at the hotel and am awaiting a response to my request for a refund.

Had a lovely stay at this very welcoming establishment. The staff are very friendly and were very helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Really enjoyed the breakfast plenty of vegetarian options. Plenty of toiletries and showers of good quality. Thanks 

Brilliant

Kept awake most of the night by the occupants if the room next door as the walls were not sound proofed. Lorries going passed rattled the windows, bathroom door did not shut. Minute TV & breakfast was tasteless.

No Soundproofing, Very Dated Hotel

Very good hotel with lovely staff.  The only things that stopped me giving 5 stars were the awful coffee at breakfast and the limited food options in the evening.  The cooked breakfast was amazing.  Also, we asked for our room to be tidied and it wasn't but that was a minor thing as the room was spotless and comfortable.  The staff were all really lovely, warm and helpful. It was a bit weird to be charged £30 more for the second night than the first.

Very good hotel

We book Premier Inn above other reasonable priced hotels, because you consistently know what you are getting...and we have always been happy with it! Unfortunately not this time. Really poor location for a brand that guarantee you peace and quiet. Located on the main road, any large vehicles shake the room and beds, can't open the window for the noise of traffic and in a warm room, that was an issue. There was a fan provided, which we used to try and drown out the noise. Being an old building, you can hear every movement in the room above. Not what we have previously experienced or expected from a Premier Inn.
