Very good comfortable place to stay and very recommendable,and knowledgeable couple of the local area, very dog friendly and nice and close to drive or walk to amenities, I would certainly recommend this and will be going back again. Thanks

Absolutely fantastic stay at 74 Belgravia Torquay. Jeff and Paula are great hosts that make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. 
The property is comfortable, clean and tidy, that is close to all amenities. The breakfasts are excellent and great start to the day
I had a flat tyre (slow puncture) whilst staying at the property and Jeff offered to help me with re- inflating the tyre and also recommended a local garage who were also excellent.
Nothing about this property is bad, and we (as a family) would definitely go back again

Amazing stay. Paula and Jeff were wonderful and they went out of their way to help us. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Good breakfast and any queries we had, the staff helped us with ideas of what to do for the day, refilling amenities within our bedroom. And it was lovely as we were able to bring our dog too.

A fantastic stay at Paula and Jeff’s B&B. Everything you could ask for and more! Particularly loved the comfy beds, tasty food and friendly owners. Good size rooms and lovely dining area to enjoy breakfast in. Great location for everything in Torquay and further afield. We loved being able to walk to restaurants in the evening and enjoy the evening sunset by the sea. We can’t wait to come back.

Very friendly hosts, very clean and super breakfasts. The hosts were very helpful, suggesting good dog-friendly places to eat. Only a 10 min walk to the sea and park area.  Hot and powerful shower and good room size. More than ample tea and coffee provided. Nothing to not like about our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Been to Torquay 10 years and this is our first time staying with Paul and Roz at 74 belgravia .We where made really welcome and because it was nice weather they accommodated us outside with a nice laid table as we could eat our breakfast outside with our dog.Breaktast was amazing with plenty to choose from.Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed we also found Paul and Roz friendly and helpful.One word Fabulous. !!!from Craig and Darren.and lottie

What a wonderful little guest house nothing was too much trouble for Paul and roz.
We were also able to take our dog too.

What a wonderful gem of a place. Very last minute booking for myself. What lovely hosts, made you feel very welcome and at home, nothing seemed too much bother. Room was cute and spotless, breakfast was fresh, home cooked and very good! Couldn’t fault this place at all, I will definitely be returning to stay with Roz and Paul! Oh and the power shower was an absolute bonus! 
Took no more than 10 minutes to walk to the seafront so a really great location! 
Can’t wait to return! 

Roz and Paul were lovely hosts very helpful and pleasant.  We took our dog . There was a box with all things needed for the dog if required . We didn't want to leave our dog in the room whilst having breakfast , so they set us a table outside so the dog could be with us . The room was spacious , clean with everything you need . Plenty of tea bags coffee sugar milk . Bottle of water and biscuits . Shower was powerful.  Breakfast was lovely . Everything was so tasty and well presented . Would recommend and would definitely return .
