Property was absolutely beautiful. Very homely and will definitely stay again

Ok so my partner and I stayed here for nearly a month so we got to know the apartment pretty well. The good stuff first....it's a decent size for two people, its in a safe building and has good heating. There is an elevator so it's easy to get your suitcases up to the apartment. Now the bad stuff....the mattress is absolutely rubbish and will hurt your back, the kitchen is ok but lacking in any basics such as oil, salt, pepper....so if you want to cook then you need to buy everything. The bathroom is ok but again lacking in everything....and for some reason they don't refill the toilet paper, so you'll need to bring that as well. The other issue that really stressed us out was to do with payment. We gave them our credit card details and they stated they couldn't take the payment as it was too large an amount. This was just days before we were about to leave Australia for the UK. We then needed to call the UK just to sort out the issue. They obviously didn't understand the stress that would cause someone. All in all, I would recommend looking elsewhere and only book this apartment if you are desperate.
