Stayed for x 2 nights visiting friends in Swindon and exceeded our expectations and was excellent value for money.  The food was was great as was breakfast and staff couldn’t be nicer. Would recommend to anyone and location just outside Swindon proved to ideal for us visiting local attractions

Great value and superb service

I was given a lovely room, a suite on the first floor of the modern accommodation building. Spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom and walk in shower, Breakfast was traditional English with limited healthy and continental options. Breakfast could avoid disposable containers to be greener.

Smart, clean, spacious rooms

Not too far from the centre of town for a shop or extra facilities, however, close enough to a main road to hear traffic during the day, not an issue. Would have liked to be able to stream or cast to the rooms television as me and the other half just wanted to relax during our stay, however, that's a very specific want and has no bearing on the accommodation.All in all, was a lovely weekend away, relaxing and the staff were ever so lovely.

Car chase weekend

I was in Swindon to visit Marlborough and Avebury, but Marlborough was full due to the solstice celebration.  Swindon had the rail station and The White Hart turned out to be a better choice than the Marlborough hotels, although there was the inconvenience of bus and infrequent Uber service.  Still, the pub was very nice, the food good, the room pristine and comfortable, and the staff very friendly.  Recommended if you’re passing through Swindon.

Booked a funeral wake / reception here for 50 plus people plus several rooms for people staying overnight.
Excellent service throughout, good communication, excellent buffet and evening meals. Good prices so all in all could not fault anything. Well done to Lucy and her team.

First class service

Very impressed with my stay here. I dont often leave reviews but my stay on business was well above average. Modern, clean, large rooms. Friendly staff, great food at the pub including superb breakfast. I will be staying again.

I will definitely be coming back

Unfortunately I had issues with the toilet flush not being good enough to remove a couple of sheets, the issue did not improve.Did not sleep due to light coming in under the door until it properly went off around midnight, there were noises like creaks and tapping which went on for several hours (similar to when my central heating goes off in the winter) and the bed seemed to be 2 pushed together as it felt like the end of a mattress in the middle of the bed which was uncomfortable, then the anxiety of the toilet. Did mention the toilet situation and was informed they checked it and all was ok, seemingly a miracle had occurred! Positive note, breakfast was nice.
