Well what can I say this B&B is lovely - so friendly, inviting and very welcoming.

We just had two nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The bed was the best I have ever slept in and the pillows were so comfortably. The breakfast was delicious with a fabulous choice which you had to choose the night before but was not a problem. Coffee and tea in your room along with a bottle of water. 

The hosts were lovely and we will definately return to this B&B if we go back to Swanage which I am sure we will.

My only gripe albeit minor was the shower was a bit hit and miss and the bathroom sink water just trinkled out but like I say only a minor point.

We would highly recommend this B&B and thank you for a lovely comfortable stay.

A Hidden Gem

A lovely spacious clean room.  No problems with parking.  Friendly owners.  Great location for the town and seafront.  We didn't have breakfast on this occasion.  Lovely little touches including fresh milk in a mini fridge in the room.    

Perfect location

Just returned from a lovely stay at Millbrook Guest House to attend a local wedding. Anthony & Tracy are warm and welcoming hosts and provide a great breakfast. We were in room no. 7 on the 3rd floor, it was well presented, clean and the bed was wonderfully cosy!  Millbrook is just minutes from the town and beach too … what more do you want!! 

Perfect Stay for a Wedding! 

Stayed here for just the 2 nights, and really can’t find any fault at all. Tracy & Anthony are the perfect friendly hosts, and our room at the top met all of our needs and more….lovely comfy bed. This room doesn’t have a en-suite but comes with a large separate wet room/toilet across the landing - this wasn’t a problem for us.  Breakfast - preordered the night before - was really tasty, plenty of choice and Anthony sure knows how to cook poached eggs!! Parking was OK in the road alongside the house, there is also parking for 3/4 cars behind the property if you’re lucky. Would we stay again if back in Swanage ???…… yes definitely. 

Excellent B&B in Swanage

We have just returned from a week’s stay at Millbrook & can without hesitation recommend this lovely Guest House and welcoming Owners.   Everything from start to finish was perfect.   It is obvious to see they take pride in what they do.   The whole house was very well decorated and spotlessly clean.  Plenty of choice for breakfast which was expertly  cooked with quality products.  Our room (4 )was large & comfortable & serviced every day (a rarity these days).  We had no trouble parking on the road every day although there is a private car park to the rear.   The position of the BnB is very convenient being just a very short walk from the town & seafront.   Now to Tracy & Anthony who are perfect hosts & strive to ensure everybody has an enjoyable stay.  They are so friendly with a wealth of knowledge about the area & create a relaxed, warm & friendly atmosphere.  Thank you again for your hospitality.   Ken & Chris

Really nice and comfortable establishment in a great central location.
Everything is very clean and bright and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Anthony and Tracy were very friendly and helpful hosts and breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.
Highly recommended, will definitely go back again !!

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

This B&B is wonderful! The hosts are super friendly and knowledgable on the local area. The rooms are absolutely spotless and the breakfast is delicious! Also the location is well-worth visiting. We’ll definitely return here and would 100% recommend to others.

Beautiful B&B with friendly hosts

Millbrook is a nice clean friendly guest house, the rooms are well provisioned and our bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast has plenty of choice and was nicely cooked and tasty, they have some parking for a few cars and there’s free on street parking close by, we had no problems with parking. We would certainly choose Millbrook again.

Clean and Comfy

We stayed here due to work for 2 nights and it was beautifully turned out, very clean and the owners were welcoming and friendly. 
The location is good about a 20 minute walk from beach and there is a coop nearby too. 
The parking is tight and a short walk from the hotel entrance. 
Breakfast is ordered the night before and offers a lot of choice. 
The only downer for us was the shower was a trickle, but other than that we couldn't fault it.

Handy location lovely people 

Stayed here for for a pit stop between Yorkshire & Devonport. Very comfortable guest house, very welcoming hosts & a delicious breakfast. Swanage grew to visit out of season would definitely stay in the Millbrook again when we return to the area
