Had an amazing time staying in the Farmhouse.  Stayed as an adult family of 10 with cocker spaniels for a special birthday.  The farmhouse was just perfect for us all, it is beautiful and spacious and the hot tub in January was great.  Lovely private garden.  Staff were all friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need and more.  Local pub (The Green Dragon) only a 3 minute walk away, was lovely and friendly with a big selection of lunches and main meals.  Blackpool sands is only a 20 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend.

The Farmhouse Leonard’s Cove

Just had a long weekend here and we loved it. We stayed in a cliff top lodge. Absolutely amazing view.
Our lodge was warm,clean,cosy.
Our door was left unlocked so did not have to go to reception. Heating was on which was great. We had a lovely walk in shower. A very comfy bed overlooking the sea.
This was an incredible stay. We could not have asked for more.

Will be definitely booking again very soon.
Everything was perfect at this holiday park.
Outside the park a few minutes away was Blackpool sands. With a lovely coffee shop.
The only issue we had in the area was a closed rd which ended up with us driving down lanes which was one car width only.
We did end up in country lanes everytime we went somewhere. Not sure if that was sat nav or the only roads we could go along.

Still ready to book again we loved it there

Amazing gem in Dartmouth

We have stayed at Leonard’s Cove 4 times and we are returning for the 5th time next week. We always stay in the Cliff Top lodges, perched on the edge of the cliff overlooking the English Channel. Breathtaking views, it feels like you’re on a ship! A short drive to the beautiful Blackpool Sands beach is definitely worth it! Can’t fault the place and the staff are very accommodating. Special thanks to Viki, who today has helped with amending our booking so we arrive sooner than originally booked and upgrade our lodge after having trouble with Hoseasons. Have always booked with Hoseasons but will now book directly with Leonard’s Cove. 

If you stay here and enjoy fine dining be sure to visit Andria’s in Dartmouth!! Amazing experience and we are going for the 3rd time next week!! 

Our best kept secret !! Hidden Gem 💎 

We booked our stay through hoseasons but hoseasons hadn't passed the details over to Leonards Cove so they wasnt expecting us however they pulled out all the stops and even brought us a bottle bubbly round and made it a brilliant weekend for us both!!
We've even booked to go back in April next year as we enjoyed it that much.
Special mention to Vicky at reception  and the maintenance man for making it a great weekend!!

Brilliant weekend at Leonards Cove 

Went with husband tail end of November  the views our perfect from the clifftop unit we had...but there was a few unfortunate maintenance issues / bad planning...Plumbing did not allow for a normal length shower as shower tray was overflowing...had to turn off to shampoo hair then turn back on...heating on timer and woke every night about 3am freezing even tried overriding the timer could not get to keep on....hot tub too much chlorine must have been in it on arrival as we both had a rash and sore eyes hot tub attended informed and it did get better day by day...we have always had a holiday with hot tubs. A few other minor issues but the views were so good that you can work arround theses issues...we did not inform the reception as we wanted to relax without people disturbing us as i have noticed these issues have been mentioned on other reviews and really should have been dealt with ....plus no bath in our unit as description....

Clifftop

The view is stunning, our second time here, long weekend two years ago in January 2020. Then a week 05/12/22. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice and warm. Hot tub the best part of a winter getaway with the view from there and watching boats go by. A few minor issues with maintenance, bulbs gone, outside light not working, apart from that no impact on our stay. I love it here and will be back. Beaches for walking near by. Lots of places to eat and drink local pub and lots of restaurants in Dartmouth about 6 miles away, car ferry over to Brixham from Dartmouth, where you can buy the freshest seafood. My favourite winter place.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Amazing views at the clifftop 9 fab hot tub nice and private.... Ugly outside the lodge more of a 1950s chalet but inside lovely very comfy stylish and had all you need for a comfy stay. Nice and warm enough kitchen utensils...... Beds very comfy 

Picturesque 

I thought I would experience an independent caravan park this time compared to a Haven or Parkdean resort and this place was a nice find.
Stayed in one of the Bay View Bungalows for a week
Plus points:
•Very friendly staff across the whole complex.
•EV charging with 2 separate ports for charging.
•Clean accommodation with towels and kitchen towels/washing up utensils provided.
•Outdoor seating area outside of the bungalows.
•Superfast WiFi. Was able to stream TV via my Roku streamer and do Cloud gaming via Mini PC I had brought with me. 
•The View.
•Good food from Radius 7 restaurant I. Site which they do as a take away menu.
Negavtives
•Bed was a little uncomfortable and springy but the bed linen was of good quality.
The site is in a good location to explore lots of lovely places in the area like Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Totnes. 
Would return again if the price was right. 


Good value for money

The site has an amazing view. As well as really helpful staff and clean toilet/shower facilities. Close to Dartmouth and Blackpool Sands and on a local bus route. Really good price. Overall excellent value for money, I would recommend it to anyone.

Brilliant little campsite!

Just returned from a lovely 4 night stay in the Cliftop4 pet (no1)The rooms were spotless and looked to have been recently refurbished.The views spectacular.All staff we met were friendly.Did not use the restaurant as was fully booked.Cant wait to return.Many thanks.
