Excellent stay, arrived early in good Friday and the room was available to check in, meaning we had nearly a full day there.
The hosts were so friendly and nothing too much trouble.

Location is great few minutes to beach, and same to town.

Absolutely lovely place, from start to finish. The rooms are clean and come with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The breakfast was lovely. The owners went out of their way to help and are very nice and friendly people. We would highly recommend this place to stay and we will definitely be coming back. 

We found this B&B by chance, last minute booking but so glad we did. First class welcome, comfortable room, warm welcome and friendly hostess/owner. Shell couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was the best I've had anywhere. Very good value for money and very comfortable. A very pleasant stay, whatever your purpose.

Arrived on a cold December day, stayed in room 3 a lovely large and spacious family room one of the largest family rooms stayed in, as we entered room smelt lovely and clean and cleaned to high standards, in room we had lots of fresh towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits, beds were really comfortable and had a great night's sleep.  Just a few minutes walk from beach, pier, cinema, shops and restaurants. Great breakfast and coffee in the immaculate dining room in morning which family loved. Will definitely recommend and be back.

We stayed here two nights and it’s a beautiful place very close to everything the rooms are beautiful and breakfast very tasty the hosts are friendly and polite very comfortable beds shall definitely come back regularly highly recommend

Where do we start this is my second time at the Beach house and the first time for my partner and it hasn’t disappointed.
After working very hard for the last eighteen months some time out was very much needed and we couldn’t have picked a better place to do this we were made so welcome and the accommodation was very comfortable and homely nothing was to much trouble, breakfast is stunning, amazing place to stay.
we can’t thank you enough for a wonderful stay ,can’t wait for the next time when we can stay again ,take care until then.

An absolute gem of a find! Lovely room, delicious breakfast, fantastic location and friendly/accommodating host. Private parking definitely a bonus. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again....10/10

We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast, they kindly took us in when we had problems at another bed and breakfast. Clean,friendly place. Yummy breakfast and brilliant with our children. Very grateful and made our weekend!
