We checked into the Heeton Hotel on 27th July we had seen the photos and we decided to pay extra with them for a bigger room. When we checked in we saw that the room was very small and not what we had seen online. But Amir then moved us to a bigger room which was alittle better we unpacked but then realized there was ants alongside the skirting boards we told Amir again and he moved us to room 12A which was better. Until that evening the aircon kept making a humming buzzing sound every minute even when it was turned off i told reception and the porter came and saw it and said he would sort it in the morning 9am me and my partner didnt sleep all night. Next morning we were told by reception aircon would be fixed that day. After a dayout we came back to hotel at 5pm and aircon was still broken.. the maintance man came and turned off the aircon from outside in the ceiling and it worked we were given a fan. We also realized that our room wasnt cleaned that day 28th and 29th no cleaner had come to clean our rubbish,bed sheets neither did we have any toilet roll or fresh towels we had to ask at reception that night. What was going to be a lovely relaxing weekend break away in London turned out to be alot of problems & headache and lack of sleep. We were both very dissapointed.  We were promised a refund which we didnt recieve.
