I visited the hotel as part of my weekend trip to see the Harlequins Rugby game, and was well pleased with the location, with only a 15 minute walk from the ground. The desk staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming, explaining all queries very clearly. My room was clean and tidy, with hood WiFi reception and working TV. The bar in the adjacent/related pub was clean with prompt service and friendly staff. The next morning, Breakfast was a little late being served, but our server Sharon, was apologetic and reassuring then offered for us to help ourselves to the continental fayre, and I filled up on toast and tea. Sharon was soon around to take our orders for the 'Full English' and it was worth waiting for, with everything being hot and well presented. All in all a very good stay, with the usual Premier Inn standards being maintained throughout my stay.

Premier inn hotel/Pub

Firstly nowhere near the stadium, rooms are very shabby, I'm a Premier Inn fan but this is so below the usual standard and a lot more costly from most, toliet seat doesn't fit, carpet is rather grotty and windowsill is covered in cigarette butt stains, also my bedroom looks right onto the pub, I have to have the curtains closed at all times for any privacy. Be honest and say the hotel is in Whitton and a long way from Twickenham if on foot.

Wouldn't recommend

The room we had was discusting the room we stayed in had months worth of dust, lip gloss on the headboard bedding dirty, cups dirty

Its very hot they haven’t give a good clean,there is an empty box of food under the bed and left over pizza ..not recommended to anyone to stay in premmier inn twickenham stadium..its filthy and uncomfortable at night..the bed is comfortable but the room was not.

Worst night

Pretty poor. I appreciate it’s been warm and understand PI can’t do anything about this sporadic English weather however, the lack of care is what was obvious. Team didn’t seem bothered. Asked for a fan… it was like I had asked for a kidney. Cleanliness was ok. But from a service perspective. Absolutely lacking.

1 night base (at a push)

All the usual convenience and comfort of a Premier Inn. Signs all over flagging the absence of air conditioning were a bit odd until we realised… On an averagely warm June night it was insufferably hot! Doesn’t matter how convenient this P.I. Is, we won’t be back unless they sort air con.

Impossibly hot

We booked the premier inn as our son in law was playing in then finals weekend at twickenham and we were so pleased with the location,the staff and the excellent breakfast provided in the winning post pub which adjoins the hotel.. wow what a fabulous experience, would gladly recommend this to anybody who wants value for money in our opinion, so well situated to the rugby stadium and also to the towns of whitton, twickenham, and Richmond.. try this hotel for yourself not from what I’ve wrote but we would definitely return if ever we wanted to. To all the staff who were fantastic we would like to say keep up the great work guys you are a credit 

Trip to twickenham

Worst nights sleep ever followed by ants for breakfast and staff did nothing to resolve! Avoid this hotel at all costs. Not up to normal standards of a premier inn and I’ve stayed in many!!!

Good stay and value for money. Would definitely recommend for anyone watching sporting fixtures in the area.

Driving up from the South West, I've tried most of the PIs in the area, Brentford, Kew etc but a) they don't guarantee a parking space and b) they charge for it (or at least the parking company does). Only a couple of 100 yards from Whitton  rail station with frequent trains into into Waterloo via Richmond. .
