Una & Malcolm were so lovely and welcoming! We went for the Superior room, room number 1, which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was freshly made to order and of good quality. There is a lovely walk through the park to the town, all lit up at night time. We would certainly recommend a stay at The Lodge.

Lovely long weekend

Everything about The Lodge was a pleasure.  Great location, a short walk through the park into the centre of King's Lynn and the station.  Peaceful at night, so I slept  well.  A  comfortable and fresh room with a lovely en-suite shower room.  A super cooked breakfast.  And a very warm welcome from hosts Una and Malcolm.  Thank you both and I hope to see you again soon.

A great place to stay

Lovely stay here thanks Una and Malcolm. Quiet location with easy parking. Comfortable room with all we needed. Everything spotless. Good varied breakfast with cereals and full English. Easy 15 min walk into town. Would definitely stay again.

Xmas shopping weekend

Host lovely yet professional. Quick response to emails. Very accommodating and helpful. Customer service excellent will definitely recommend. Location is great , near to Sandringham and Hunstanton . Town has a variety of shops and eateries.

Excellent

A very clean, well maintained and a relaxing place. The room was great - so was the bathroom. The location was very quiet and a stroll through a pleasant park took us right to the heart of King's Lynn.

The hostess was very accomodating, gave good advice about restaurants and places to visit. I don't know who cooked it, but the breakfast was delicious.

If we ever return to King's Lynn we know where to stay.

Enjoyable.

Had a wonderful stay,  Malcolm and Una were great hosts, friendly and helpful,  house was lovely, spotlessly clean with a nice fresh smell on entering.  Room was a good size and bed was comfy,  2 good sized windows to open.  Shower was a good size and lots of hot water, fresh towels each day.
Although it doesn't look like it at first glance it was a lovely quiet location,with plenty of parking,  within walking distance to town centre via a lovely park, which is well lit with cctv.
Breakfast was very good all freshly cooked and plenty of choice, fresh fruit and cereals as well as cooked.
Will definitely be back 

A little Gem 

The hosts, Una and Malcolm, were very welcoming and friendly. Chatty without being intrusive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Breakfast was very well presented and plenty of it - we opted for the full English every day but there were other choices if needed, as well as cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts. The location of The Lodge was a 10 minutes walk into King's Lynn where there were plenty of restaurants and other places to eat. However, we chose to eat at The Stuart Hotel just across the road from The Lodge, which again was excellent value.

Weekend in King's Lynn

Stayed here for 1 night to visit Sandringham. Had a lovely warm welcome from Una. Very nice, comfortable room and delicious breakfast served by the equally hospitable Malcolm. Very good price too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Lovely place!

Lovely place!

Lovely B & B , Una was very welcoming and gave us a local map which was very useful.
Lovely large room, everything you could need. Spotless and comfortable.
Lovely breakfast room. Freshly cooked to order breakfast and well as fruit juice, cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit available. Cafetiere and tea etc.
Within easy walking distance of town through local park with historic buildings within it.

Lovely B & B 10 min walk from town centre

Lovely b and b, very close to sll the high street and a beautiful park.
Room was very comfortable with a lovely bed. I slept like a log. Great breakfast.
The host were extremely accommodating and sociable, it made  our short trip even better.
