Needed somewhere to stay in Inverness and found this guest house b&b. The location is great, the room was fantastic with all you need for a short break. The owner kindly let me check in later than the normal time which was very helpful. The breakfast was great with different options it set me up for the day. The owner is lovely and helpful all in all a perfect stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

A lovely place to stay

Crown house is as Scottish place as you can dream or see in the movies. It has a beautiful breakfast room. The room are spacious, clean and stylish. 
The services are nice, with good tips on where to eat and what to visit. There is a small parking place. The neighborhood is beautiful, surrounded by similar houses, which makes a very Scottish atmosphere.
Very nice breakfast, which multiple choices and abundant.

Real Scottish feeling

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Crowne House. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the location is excellent. A quiet suburban street, but easy walking distance to the pubs and restaurants in the main part of town. 
Our host Heather was amazing, providing a full breakfast, advice and tips on what to see, and she even booked our dinner for us and provided a voucher for a 20% discount. 
There is on-site parking which is a great bonus. 
I highly recommend Crowne House. Our experience was more like visiting an old friend rather than staying in a guest house. Book with confidence!

Our short stay in Inverness.

Guest houses in Scotland have come on leaps and bounds over the years, and I now choose them over Hotels, the standards being higher. 

The Crown has everything you require, bit with something extra...

Heather. Not the plant, the owner, she is delightful accommodating and loves to chat and give advice. 

Heather goes that extra  3 miles to ensure her guests have a great stay.

And for our Amercan visitors , she has Kleenex in the rooms (lack of tissues is something I often hear US visitors mention 😆).

You will not regret booking a room at The Crown.

Oh, and she has parking too , a bonus in Inverness.

Delightful, friendliness place in Inverness.

Very comfortable accommodation, Heather maintains a lovely B&B. It is just a 15 minute walk from the High street. Heather was also kind enough to recommend and make dinner reservations for us, and the made to order breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this B&B, a very relaxing place to stay.

The Crown House, very well named, you are treated like friends

Heather is so welcoming. She truly makes her business feel like a home away from home.  Breakfast was perfection and room was spotless. Only a short walk away from the centre of Inverness which was very convenient. I will definitely return to this beautiful guest house.

BEST GUEST HOUSE IN SCOTLAND

A warm and friendly welcome from Heather and her cat Jingle . Off street parking was an unexpected advantage. Lovely quiet room, and excellent full Scottish breakfast in stylish dining room. Heather is charming, and knowledgable about the local area. I would have loved to spend more than one night there. Will definitely stay here on my next Inverness visit after a less than satisfactory stay at one of the Premier Inns on previous visits,

Stylish B&B in a lovely neighbourhood residential district of Inverness

🏠 is beautiful!! I had the single room on the ground floor, the room is large for a single room, clean, and very comfy with everything you need, even a mini fridge !!. The bathroom is basically next door, whilst small is spotlessly clean with a great shower. There is a good choice for breakfast in a lovely dining area, the location in my opinion is the best in Inverness, & on a beautiful road. Heather is a super friendly host, whole experience is 5* @ 3* prices .

Highland magic !!

We booked for 3 nights at this lovely house. Just a 16 minute walk to the city centre in a quiet street. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and the host, Heather, was super friendly and informative with lots of tips on where to go and what to see. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and very good quality ingredients.  

Throughout our stay Heather was attentive and helpful and nothing was too much bother. 

No hesitation in recommending and we will definitely book again.

Lovely guest house with brilliant host - will book again

Had a fab 4 night stay at Crown House last week.  Heather was a fantastically warm host and couldn't have done more to make me feel welcome, including booking a restaurant for me on the first night as she was aware that town would be really busy. The bed was super comfy and everything was spotlessly clean.  The whole property including my room was well presented and maintained to a high standard, with contemporary and tasteful decor throughout.    The B&B is in a lovely, quiet, upmarket area of Inverness only a short walk from the town centre.  Breakfast was good quality with a nice selection of options.  Heather made the best porridge I have ever tasted!  Thanks Heather for a lovely stay.
