The cottage at Glyn Isa is an absolute gem of a find.
Warm cosy beautifully fitted out lounge/kitchen, gorgeous bedroom with huge comfy bed and a very nice en suite.
Set down a lovely valley near to Rowen in North Wales, beautifully located in private gardens, fabulous views and if your a walker, there are so many routes from here to suit all abilities.
This property is also run by a lovely couple.
Close to Conwy Bodnant gardens and Llandudno to name but a few
We loved this place.

We had such a lovely stay in The Lodge. The weather was great so we were able to open the French doors and totally relax, taking in the garden view. Our hosts were so nice and old boy Riley came to pay us a visit too.
We would definitely come back here again and highly recommend it.
My only frustration (as a keen gardener) was that I would have loved to have helped cut back some of the trees and shrubs. 😂

This is one of those rarely found hidden gems that  turn up unexpectedly.  Great B&B accommodation with olde world charm and excellent breakfasts.   Nothing is too much trouble, indeed host Liz managed to get us a short notice restaurant reservation at a local inn, on a Saturday evening!  Thanks again to Liz and Darren.  We'll be back!!

We had a lovely 2 night stay here.
The B&B is in a beautiful and peaceful location and set in wonderful surroundings.
The Hosts Liz and Darren were fabulous and came over and chatted to us at breakfast which was also lovely.
We most definitely hope to return.

We had a fabulous weekend stay at Glyn Isa. A lovely historic house in a great location. It was everything we expected and more. Liz and Darren where the best hosts and the breakfast set us up for the day. Will definitely return

Oh my days, we were looking for a getaway and found it at Glyn Isa !!
Historical, Elegant, Welcoming. 
Liz , Darren and Riley are so accommodating and relaxed,  everything you need catered for,  Gorgeous Breakfast,  comfortable clean rooms, idyllic setting.
Very well situated for exploring many places in the locality, a short drive in to Conway, great places to eat out all only short drive or walk to.
Everywhere we went to we found a great sense of community, especially the Pubs nearby, especially the Ty Gwyn,  in Rowen.
Ideal place to stay to kick back and get away from it all.

We stayed in the Lodge , private , peaceful , perfect, the Hosts  Liz and Darren were lovely. As this was a self catering lodge the extra touches and supplies were very much appreciated . Would we stay again definitely 100% , highly recommend. 

I have just returned from a weekend away with six friends staying at this beautiful lodge.
We were made so welcome by the owners,  that we felt more like extended family than guests.
The cooked breakfasts were so tasty and nothing was too much trouble. 
We are looking forward to returning next year.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful lodge with fabulous hosts who couldn't do enough to accommodate us. Comfortable rooms with an excellent breakfast made it worth every penny. We cannot wait to return. 

A magical break in a beautiful location.
Glyn Isa is a gorgeous old country house owned by two lovely people, Elizabeth and Darren.
We were made to feel very welcome in their home and were looked after like family.
We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning before setting off on our travels.
We stayed in the Captains Room, which had a four poster bed and lovely old furniture.
Everything was extremely clean and fresh. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were welcome after coming back from our days out.
Elizabeth was most helpful in pointing us in the direction of lovely restaurants and also, as it was our first visit to North Wales, she gave us ideas as to where we could visit and enjoy.
All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of the country, made all the more enjoyable by our stay in Glyn ISA and the hospitality shown to us by Elizabeth and Darren.  Thank you both.
