Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Ebor House . Janie & Stuart are very conscientious hosts & we will return to their friendly & comfortable guest house. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you both , we will recommend to our friends . 

Highly recommended 

We have just thoroughly enjoyed a 2 night stay with Stuart and Jennie. Ebor House is a 5 minute stroll from the delightful village centre. Our hosts were friendly and their home is spotless. 
Our breakfast was 2nd to none, nice and hot, and Stuarts art collection is great. We had a super comfy bed and the shower was hot and powerful. 10/10 😊

Perfect

Probably the best, most friendly bed and breakfast we've stayed at . Nice clean rooms ,excellent breakfast but what makes this place so special is the hosts , they are so friendly and helpful, and have great attention to detail , even down to providing gluten free biscuits to have with our tea/coffee in our room . They also provided a lovely G/Free cooked breakfast for me . Thank you for a great stay .

Best bed & breakfast 

We are returning guests to Ebor House , once again we had a wonderful stay, Janie and Stuart are great hosts,you are always made to feel very welcome,  we throughly enjoy our chats with them at breakfast, the breakfasts are always generous and delicious. The standards are first class, so lovely to return at the end of a day to your room which is cleaned daily. Thank you Janie and Stuart , Good luck for the future.

 Stuart and Janie are great hosts. Very good breakfast menu and quality food cooked to perfection. The rooms are spotlessly clean with plenty of room and a good powerful shower.
We highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Excellent B&B

Superb B&B. Beautifully designed and spacious pristine rooms. Cosy and warm on an autumn evening. Spotless bathroom with powerful hot shower. Breakfast was incredible. Very peaceful location on the edge of Hawes. An easy stroll to pubs and cafes for food and drink. The hosts are just lovely too. Possibly the best B&B ever. Far better than anything you could book in the centre of Hawes. Book directly with Ebor house for a better rate.

Faultless

Just got back from a 2 night break at Ebor House. Stuart and Janie the hosts made us welcome the minute we  got there. Our room was  spotlessly  clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast  was cooked  by Stuart  and cooked perfectly in-between keeping  us entertained with his banter whilst Janie served us. We would  highly recommend  staying  here.

Excellent 2 night break 

Booked a last minute stay as we were meeting friends in the area for a meal and drinks.  My husband and I felt very lucky to have found such a wonderful B&B in great location.  Hosts Stuart and Janie were super friendly and gave helpful recommendations for dining in the area.  Our room was perfect - tastefully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed!  The whole place is IMMACULATE  and the owners obviously work very hard to keep it this way!
Breakfast was superb and very good quality.  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and we hope to return soon

A real gem!

My wife and I visited Ebor House this past weekend. 
Janie and Stuart are really excellent  hosts. The room we stayed in was spacious, very clean and had a lovely  view over the back fields.
Breakfast menu is excellent  and our choices were cooked, served, quantity and enjoyed
by us both very much.
We can recommend a visit to  Hawes and surrounding area.
Hawes is a small market town well known for good shops, eateries and the 'Home of Wensleydale  Cheese'

Very Enjoyable

We have stayed in Hawes on many occasions but for some reason this was our first stay at Ebor House, from the moment we were warmly greeted at the door by Janie we felt at home, on entering our bedroom it was a beautiful room and immaculate, the box of chocolates left for us was a very kind gesture. Breakfast again is served in a very pleasant room, and delicious, We enjoyed Stuart coming out of the kitchen to have a chat will all of the guests. Every day Janie maintained our room which was always lovely to come back to. Thank you once again Janie and Stuart for such a enjoyable stay it certainly recharged our batteries !!
