Excellent stay very nice hotel. 
Sophie was very professional and helpful. Nothing was any trouble for her absolute superstar.hotel was very clean and welcoming makes staying away from home that little bit easier. Would defo recommend friends to stay here

Great staff and service

Stayed 4 nights on business. Quick and easy check-in, staff helpful and pleasant. Importantly, staff are native and local - makes all the difference! Hotel is right next to the marina and has a massive car park, make sure you record your car reg number at reception. There are lots of bars and restaurants across the water with a 5 minute walk. 

My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A very thick mattress was supplied and I slept well. No noise from corridor or adjacent rooms. 

One downside is that room service is by request only. It's a shame that hotels are going this way without passing on the savings. 

Breakfast was at the adjoining Brewers Fayre which will be covered separately. All good there.

Make sure you visit the monkey at the lock gates!

Positives - comfortable bed and pillows (after I found the soft pillows hidden on top of the wardrobe).
Negatives - no room service option. Staff operating laundry below my bedroom late at night and early in the morning (very noisy washing machines).

Reduction in service offered

There ain’t anything else in Hartlepool that beats this hotel for quality of sleep & location. 

Room was big, decent size TV. Shower was hot and nice but would like a removable shower head.

Would definitely stay again. 

Comfortable, Great sleep!

What a gem of a hotel.  Right in the marina, lovely views.  Great restaurant next door.  Decided to go here for new years and wasn't disappointed.  could view 3 diffferent firework displays from the restaurant/bar.  Shopping retail park 15 mins walk with m and s food, asda, nandos, next and others.  The staff left us a lovely note and panatone for new years.  All the staff were very helpful and polite.  Can't fault it.

great hotel, great staff

First stay in a Premier Inn. Beautifully prepared room with amazing views over the harbour/marina and free parking. Comfortable clean beds. No lift, something to think about when booking with mobility issues. 

Impressive location and great value

We come to Hartlepool every couple of months to visit family, Premier Inn is always our first choice as we know what we are getting. Rooms are always clean and staff friendly and helpful. If you can ask for a first floor room looking over the sea, views are lovely.

Another good stay

we really enjoyed our weekend at this hotel. Staff were really accommodating and pleasant. A special recognition for the manager at Brewers Faye. She had short hair with glasses( Didn't catch her name sorry) She noticed we were scousers and made conversation, She was an absolute pleasure to meet and made us feel welcome. We will 100% Be returning. 

Lovely trip

Stayed here on a visit to family. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and most importantly comfortable. 
We have already said we will stay here again .

Great place to stay

we booked to stay here on the premier inn  website, i did not receive an email due to a glitch in  their system but the money was taken from my account. Upon arrival after 7 hours travelling we were told there was no booking and no rooms available after 1 hour they found us a room after showing them the bank statements and going through every possible detail we could.
on the 16th the day before we left and 2 days after arrival, we came back from dinner and the keys wouldnt work, my husband went down to get them re scanned to be told we were not allowed in the room as it hadnt been paid for!! 
All of our things were in there and yet again we showed the bank statement to prove that yes it was paid for, apparently premier inn decided that on the 16th they were going to refund us even though we were in the room we had paid for.
Upon check out the next morning my husband was taking the cases to the car and i stayed in the room and yet again they have locked our keys so we could not gain access to our pocessions thank goodness i stayed behind.
This was a stress that we didnt need we work al year long with no holiday and a quick 3 day break to visit family we hadnt been able to see in a year turned out like this.
