Natalia and Joel were excellent at 06.00 this morning at breakfast. They were so enthusiastic and happy at that time in the morning, they really did set us off on the right step. I would definitely recommend breakfast here if you’re feeling hungry!  Staff are amazing!  Thanks.

Excellent quality breakfast! I have been in 3 hiltons prior to this and the food is better here. Spacious clean room  and air conditioned. A bath room with room to move. I had to get out of the last Hilton it was probably with 60 GBP’s . I would certainly recommend people to stay at Premier Inn.

A pleasure to stay nice amenities

We enjoyed our stay here as an early getaway for my husband's birthday. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and delicious and the staff were friendly. Slightly a little too far for us to walk to the town, but okay if you're fit.

A relaxing 2 night stay.

As we we taking my elderly Mother to visit my Daughter and family, we couldn't stay with them as my Mother can't manage the stairs. So we booked two rooms, one being an accessible room, for us. On arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant man at reception. Very friendly and when he said to let him know if there was anything we needed I really felt he meant it. He was equally as friendly on our return from our visit. The rooms were lovely and clean and we all slept well.  We had breakfast in the morning and we were immediately helped with information for my Husband who is on a gluten free diet. We would use this hotel again if there was a need. Our stay only added to a happy visit to Cheltenham. 

Glad I booked

An older premier inn but what great customer service from the team . Probably the best   cooked breakfast I have had in a premier inn for a while. Breakfast  was served  in a  small breakfast room so you do have to make a booking slot .This Premier inn was  quite close to Cheltenham Town centre about 2 miles away 

Best Premier Inn Breakfast Ever

My stay at Premier Inn Cheltenham Central was very relaxing and I will certainly return when next in the area. I recommend this hotel because the room was spotlessly clean and spacious, a very comfortable bed and quiet location but within easy reach of Cheltenham town centre. Staff were polite and friendly. Good value for money and a stress-free stay. 

Relaxing stay

Cheltenham premier inn was comfortable and friendly. Breakfast was great, had everything we wanted.Good car park and easy check- in, pleasant lady on reception. We would definitely stay here again. Great place.

Great place

We had a lovely welcome when we arrived.  My room was large, with a double and single bed. The bed was large and comfy. The room was spacious. As with all premier inn has a basic hospitality tray. The bathroom whilst being small was large enough for my needs. Breakfast was very good, with a great continental selection. I did not have a cooked option, but it looked good. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back 

Excellant

Chose this hotel for location and free car park convenience.  Didnt know it was beside main railway! Friendly check in, room 56 back of hotel,  very hot. Very stuffy had window open for ventilation. Oh boy those trains,! Constant Noise, doze off to sleep, and woken up again,  awful. Bed not particularly comfortable,  Duvet far too heavy, pillows uncomfortable,  not our best experience of a Premier Inn. 

Mini break

One of the better PI hotels that I have stayed at. TGI Friday next door for diner as the hotel restaurant was for breakfast only.
The room was comfortable and clean.
I come to Cheltenham regularly and will book here in preference.
Breakfast was very good.
Staff were very helpful.
