We've just had a week's stay in Rowan Lodge which provided plenty of space for two adults and two teens. Well equipped with everything we needed and hot water and heating always available. I think it has to be the cleanest holiday accommodation we've ever had! The cream tea on arrival was a lovely touch. The site was quiet when we stayed, it has lots of grounds to explore and the games room is very well kept and a nice addition. The pool area looked lovely for the warmer months. The onsite pub is very welcoming and we ate there three times, no need to go anywhere else as the food was great and good value. The app was useful and it was through here we found out about the Rebel Cinema, a local independent cinema that is a great way to pass a wet afternoon! Thank you St Tinney for a lovely family break.

Just returned from a lovely weeks stay at St  Tinney’s Farm. The lodge was clean and cosy. It was so quiet we had the farm pretty much to ourselves and the pub for a few days. Cream tea on arrival was lovely. Food in the pub was good and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the games room. We had lots of day trips at the local areas of interest all of which were not too far. Simone was very quick at sorting any problems that we had. All in all a great week away. Thank you

Great stay at St Tinney’s Farm

Had a lovely week long  break at St Tinneys. Would highly recommend it. Peaceful surroundings and friendly staff.

We have absolutely loved our stay here. The accommodation is great with everything you need, comfy beds, welcome packs for both dogs and humans and lovely and clean.
The pool is great, warm and clean. The games room is fun if you have a spare 20 mins. 
The location is great to explore North cornwall. 
Nice quiet site and lovely food from the onsite pub which we had delivered to our accommodation. Will be recommending this place to family and friends and we will be back for sure. 

Fantastic

What an amazing place, lovely accommodation, leisure facilities ideal for family with young or older adults. food available in the bar. Swimming pool is lovely and we enjoyed the free games- air hockey, pool, table tennis- and little ride on tractors and Little Tykes house for junior visitors. Accommodation had everything you needed and we really appreciated the cream tea on arrival.

Very near to Bude but not in the main tourist areas. 

The owners are lovely and nothing is too much trouble - even finding us a socket set to stop a squeaky seat in our car.

Amazing accommodation- highly recommend

Absolutely incredible place to stay. Really well kept properties. Decent pub food. Fish is great for experienced and novices. The swimming pool is warm and refreshing and very child friendly. The staff are so friendly. We go every year as a family and will be going again next year. Great location in northern Cornwall and so safe! I can’t speak highly enough

This place is absolutely amazing. We’ve had 2 wonderful holidays here. The facilities are second to none and the surroundings are stunning.

Amazing holiday destination.

A fantastic quiet holiday park that has everything you need for a lovely time away. The Summer House is genuinely luxurious, we have stayed in many places that state they are luxury when they're not!! This one is and is well equipped, you will not fine a nicer place, genuinely.  A real bonus and big hit with our youngest daughter was the resident hedgehog in the adjacent hedgerow! On site you will find a really good size salt water pool that is kept at a continuous 30 degree temperature and is open from 9am to 8pm Mon to Fri, and 10am to 8pm on a weekend. We had the pool mostly to ourselves and at busy times, there were perhaps 4 other people using it.  The games room was a hit with the kids (and parents!!), and again, we mostly had it to ourselves as this is a nice quiet holiday park (it is not one of those noisy and tasteless big parks with hundreds of people, if you want that, this is not for you!) The bar is a real gem, a lovely atmosphere and lovely staff, the food is also really good value and matches anything you will find locally.  Finally, when you come, whether you fish or not, be sure to take a walk around the lakes as the wildlife is abundant here. When staying here, you are within a 30 minute to an hour's drive to most tourist known locations for this part of Cornwall.  So in summary, the park is amazing, the facilities are fantastic and we had a lovely relaxing holiday. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back! 

A great holiday in a lovely location

Lovely family run site, we stayed in Beech Lodge which was enough room for our family of 4. Good size, lots of thoughtful bits E.g dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and bin bags. We ate at the on-site pub three times and the food was well cooked and good portions. Heated pool was great as was the games cabin. A great base to explore North Cornwall from.
