A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Arrivals after 11:00 PM will not be granted access to the property. Check-in for last-minute bookings is only possible 1 hour after payment has been processed. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please note that check-ins before 03:00 PM carry an additional charge of GBP 30. The earliest possible check-in is 12:00 AM, subject to availability. Please note that this property does not have a reception. Standard check-out time is up to 11:00 AM. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of GBP 20 per hour. If you are late checking out without prior agreement, you will be charged 40 GBP per hour. The lead guest must be 23 years of age or older. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. |
