I had a fantastic stay here in the Premier inn Ruishton Lane. I was visiting friends in Taunton and found this hotel had a great deal for 85 pounds for the 2 nights! 

Arrived at 11am having flown in from Edinburgh at 7am and was greeted by 2 lovely front staff members {sorry I never caught your names!} who let me check in early for a small fee of £10! 

Rooms are very comfortable, Amazing beds as always at Premier Inn! 

Park and ride is located a 2 mins walk directly across from the hotel and costs just £1 per journey into Taunton :) 
 
Breakfast was the best I have had in Premier Inn

Great hotel! Easy Accesible for Taunton

The bed was really really comfortable! And the room was clean and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised. 
The lady on reception was really kind and very welcoming. My day had been long and emotional and she was so very kind.
I was travelling alone and I felt safe here.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Parking was easy & free, the lady on reception was so lovely, warm and welcoming. Our room was a massive corner room - we were really comfortable. The air conditioning was a big plus. Breakfast in the morning was lovely & in a fab room that was bright & airy. We loved everything about this hotel but what stood out the most was the super friendly staff. Would return.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Taunton Ruishton (M5 J25), and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The TV had plenty of channels to keep me entertained, and the bathroom was immaculate, matching the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Arriving late in the evening, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were extremely helpful and made my check-in process seamless. The location of the hotel is also ideal—right off junction 25 of the M5 motorway, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

One of the highlights of my stay was the tea and coffee facilities. Not only was everything well-stocked in the room, but I also appreciated that I could top up at any time from reception for free. Breakfast the next morning was superb—everything was fresh and expertly prepared by Charlie, the chef. I particularly loved the poached eggs, which were cooked to perfection. The hotel also offers an upgraded superfast Wi-Fi option, which I highly recommend for anyone who needs reliable connectivity.

There’s nothing I would suggest for improvement at this hotel—it truly exceeded my expectations. A special mention must go to Sonja and Charlie, the mother-daughter duo in the restaurant, for their excellent service. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service and Comfort

I have to say all the staff were amazing from the minute I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a nice warm smile. 
The staff at the breakfast table were fully accommodating , hospital, polite, warming and engaging. I will be returning.

My road trip. Having stayed in many a premier inn , this one  certainly has to be in my top 3

Premier inn Ruishton is my favourite hotel of the chain out of the three in Taunton. The staff are always welcoming and accommodating and take care of me and my family well. I have stayed many times and the breakfast is what really draws out family to this hotel. I love the little breakfast room and Claire and Grace always make the experience enjoyable. I will continue to stay here whenever we visit Taunton x

Lovely hotel

Premier Inn Ruishton is superb. The rooms are large, the power showers are fantastic. Beds are suoer comfortable. The breakfast is great. Thanks to Kim and Claire who take care of the breakfast room. Would recommend here 100%

Absolutely brilliant place to stay

Lovely hotel, just off the motorway but very peaceful.  Wonderful friendly staff, nothing too much trouble.  Great spacious and spotlessly clean room, all facilities worked well, heating perfect and responsive.  Loved the extra towels and cushions, Bayliss and Harding soaps, bath to relax in plus a powerful shower.  The ice on our cake was the newly installed fast EV charger, just opposite the entrance, so convientent, worked a treat, leaving more time to visit our relatives.

Great value, friendly staff and a new EV ChargePoint

A great stay. Purple lights over the beds. I am a clean freak and could not fault anything in this room. Reception we’re inviting and could not do enough to help. 
We had a choice of a couple of restaurants either next door or just down the road. 
The receptionist was so knowledgable and accommodating of our needs.
Breakfast in the breakfast room was cooked to order and cooked to perfection. Top class.
We felt like royalty. Please come and see for yourself. It was an absolute pleasure to stay.

Relaxing and Welcoming

Great Premier Inn. Breakfast room in the main complex. Miller and Carter restaurant next door. Pub 5 minutes walk away. Clean and quiet with friendly, helpful staff. Further out of Taunton than the one we usually stay at but was half the price this time and wasn’t that far to travel. Would highly recommend it.
