We had such a fabulous stay at this gorgeous house, set in the middle of the beautiful Devon countryside. 

Lovely room with fabulous views of the garden (a bird lover’s paradise) and the countryside beyond. 

Gorgeous breakfast cooked by the hosts and it was difficult to choose from the wide variety of options available. 

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and very accommodating, allowing us to check in a little early and having no problem with us arriving back late after a wedding.

We really couldn’t have asked for more and very much hope to return.

We had a very relaxing stay. Nicola and Kerry looked after us so well. They were very accommodating and let us have a late check out. The little things mean so much, thank you for the thoughtful extras. Very quiet area, lovely for a country walk. 

What a lovely welcome from Nichola and Kerry in your Lovely Home and a warm welcome from Dexter and Dash this could not have been any better so can only say everything was better than Excellent fro the comfy bed to a stunning bathroom and all the extra bits in the room that makes it so special.....

Thank you for allowing us in early and doing us an early breakfast so we could get away to continue house hunting in this lovely Devonshire county.

Breakfast was perfect sitting in the conservetory / Garden Room with a view o die for watching the wildlife (this goes for Dexter and Dash). 

Will most definitely be back to your home if we come here again and Thank You for making our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed here as a one night stopover and found a gem of a place.

We arrived to a beautiful presented property with ample parking. The rooms were immaculately clean spacious and we had our own snug lounge area and ensuite. Both bathrobes and slippers were provided and complimentary products.   There was an amazing snack tray with multiple items and a range of tea/coffee and water.

The breakfast was awesome, various options and choices available, the quality and taste was amazing and the best breakfast ever !!  

It was a beautiful property with fantastic views, the garden attracted numerous species of birds the were fascinating to watch while eating a proper wholesome breakfast 

Overall it was excellent value for money, there was nothing not to like, the hosts were friendly and very helpful and we would definitely stay again

We stayed at this beautiful accommodation whilst walking the Two Moors Way (just off the trail). 
Stylish accommodation with attention to detail and guests comfort. The hosts were fantastic, providing a service above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Nicola & Kerry are terrific at making you feel very welcome, truly fabulous location!
Nothing to complain about only thing was there was no door on our en-suit bathroom which we kind of got used to.
The views from the back are amazing and breakfast was very good with fresh eggs from their own eggs

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely location in mid Devon.With fabulous views Nicola & Kerry are very welcoming and cannot do enough to make your stay memorable.  Nicola serves good breakfast too to suit your requirements. Would  happily recommend.

Where to start. Nicky and Kerry provided a warm welcome to the house and the first thing you notice it that is spotless from top to bottom.  The second thing we saw were the views from the house, across the valley and out towards Dartmoor.  It would be worth the visit just for the views but there is more than that.  The rooms are bright, well furnished and the bathrooms airy and well  appointed, took some tips for redecorating at home.  
Breakfast was brilliant every day. We ate breakfast and then did not have to stop for food all day, although we normally squeezed in a coffee and cake around midday.
Nicky and Kerry also provided some great tips for places to eat in the local area and we tried several  and were not disappointed.
So a great location, fantastic hosts, brilliant views and great food, what more could you  ask for ?
We will definitely be going back.

It has to be said that Devon is stunning. This accommodation was booked for me by my employer and on arrival I received such a warm welcome from Nicky that I immediately felt at ease. The rooms are beautifully finished and spacious. Breakfast was superb. And I really could not have asked for more. Except to stay for more than the one night. I'm already seriously considering returning, outside of work, for another stay. If you're looking to stay in Devon this needs to be among the top choices in your shortlist.

Even before we arrived the personal communication was excellent, ensuring that our dietary requirements were met in advance. On arrival we were greeted very warmly by Nicola and Kerry who immediately welcomed us and made us feel at home. The premises were immaculate, the cleanest I have ever experienced and I travel all over the world with my work. The views were even better! Nicola & Kerry's local knowledge was excellent and their recommendations were spot on. It was my partner's birthday during our stay and they even got her a present and card that more than raised a smile. The standard of breakfast was exemplary and nothing was too much trouble. The best scrambled eggs we've ever had!
