This is a lovely quiet guest house,  and the ladies who run it, go above and beyond  nothing is too much trouble  for them. The room was very clean and comfortable.  Abd the breakfast  is excellent.   It was nice to have a chat with Vera and Rose. Who wete interested  on how are break was going. I would definitely recommend  this guest hous. It's like  a home from home.  If I could give  them  10 stars I would. The only downside is its not recommended  for disabled,  as there is no lift, or ground floor rooms. But my husband  managed  the stairs ok. I would  definitely  come back though. I had the best good night sleep. Thank you ladies. You are superstars!!!  10 out of 10

Best stay ever

Wow, what can I say. Before we arrived, the staff went above and beyond and this was continued throughout our stay. Immaculate rooms, very clean and a good size too. Amazing breakfast, even catering for my little boys allergies and THE BEST SERVICE anyone could dream of. The ladies literally went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We couldn't ask for anything more, nothing was a chore. Highly Recommend anyone to stay here. We will be back, I promise!

What a fabulous B and B

Bedroom and bathroom was clean and tidy. Supplies for tea and coffee replenished after our first night, with room and bathroom straighted out. 
Breakfast was hot and lovely. Very accommodating for our 9 and 4 year old. 
Very friendly, warm and welcoming owners! Couldn't have asked for anything better. 
Close to the north pier and tram. Local shop very close.

Excellent

Hotel is nice  rooms are nice and clean we stayed in a lovely size room at the back of the hotel food was fanastic severed. By a lovely girl Anita in restaurant  well looked after by her . Entrainment was good enjoyed the evening . Staff could not be more helpful . Loved it so much going again just looking when next to book.

Fanastic week

great little guest house Vera, Bob, and Rose ,couldn't do enough for you. Stayed three times now will definitely stay again ,highly recommended for food and accommodation .A good location to base yourself for access to all Blackpool has to offer.

Very friendly guest house.

What can I say about the Lyndene Guest House and 'our' Bob, Vera & Rose. From the moment we arrived they could not do enough for us, helping us to find somewhere to park and settling us in, felt like home from home and we wanted to adopt them by the time we left!

As a young couple we wanted somewhere in a good location for working at an event at the North Pier and close enough walk to the bars for later. The Lyndene is great for access to all of the tourist attractions within walking distance.

 Breakfast was a little too early for us but instead we walked to the Compass Cafe on Birley Street for a fabulous breakfast and a beer :) where the service was also fab.
The rooms are spotless and comfortable.

Bob, Vera and Rose really made our trip and I haven't stopped telling people about how lovely they are and what a great little place they have. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now for work or leisure!

Arrived on the Saturday afternoon having changed hotels. Was welcomed with open arms and the most friendly of greetings. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I'd definitely stay there again.

An excellent guest house

Our third time at the Lyndene and we weren’t disappointed. Nice room although bathroom was a tight squeeze. Nice food. The lamb shank on Saturday night was delicious. The breakfast was good too. Great location in between the central and south piers. They also do some cracking deals where you get bar credits to spend In The hotel. The entertainment was also really good. Great comedian and a really good rod stewart tribute act. Only minor problem was we were blocked in and it took a little time to locate the other driver, so perhaps you could ask for car keys?? 

All in all a good time had and we will return 

Great hotel with fantastic staff

 we stayed for a few days break , John and Alan are really nice and made us feel welcome. the food is top quality . The only snag is that the stairs are very steep but that is normal for Blackpool B&Bs .


clean and comfortable

Smashing Hotel. Clean, fairly modern and more than adequate. Entertainment is definitely geared at the upper end of the age bracket. Breakfast - Excellent. Value for money - spot on. Staff - couldn't be nicer.
