Booked a weekend away at this hotel. When we arrived there was a guest that was “suddenly” leaving and we didn’t think anything of it. We should have given it more thought. The place seemed ok, had a smell of cooking throughout but we thought we could cope. Until we saw the room. The Mrs sat on the bed for it to cave beneath her. Upon inspection we discovered that the bed was broken or was two separate bed ends that didn’t match in height. We didn’t stay and are now fighting to get our money back. Owner didn’t look surprised when we said we were  leaving.

Broken bed! What more can we say, two different bed ends and a gap between for the mattress. Not a bnb without a bed

Excellent host ,warm welcome free beer on arrival ....
Met some very interesting people ..not far to walk to all attractions parking possible outside....(If you're lucky). Hotel under refurbishment all new contents of rooms.large customer lounge with pool table 

Weekend stay in Blackpool,was very enjoyable,weather was good, even had a Primark !!. Lots of pubs nearby..(and chippys).pier a 

The host was excellent and welcoming and offered us a free drink when we arrived. The hotel is in the centre close to all amenities. Downstairs there is a pool table, and dart board. In the morning, the host offers us breakfast which is not on the menu.

Experience was excellent slept well room was very clean with ensuite bathroom with Tv and WIFI.

Received a very warm and genuine welcome on arrival. Not badly located from main strip. 
Management also dealt with a rather loud and disruptive couple quickly and without further escalation. Other than a situation which owners have no control over the stay was very pleasant. 

Will stay again.


Weekend break 

Owners very friendly   .  Central to all shops bars Stanley park zoo etc.say no more great time had .   Rooms clean tea coffee milks TV provided. Winter gardens everything in walking distance.  We like real ale so great real ale pubs nearby owners liked real ale to so could tell us where best to go. Will be back.
